  The lady that was supposed to be helping me find a dress was a snob and she proceeded the say "oh it won't fit you" and mind you this was the first thing I got to hear from one of the employees after walking in the door. No wonder the place is closing down. Some people need to learn better customer service. There is no way to dictate a woman's size without at least some kind of measurement.

  Not terrible but not the greatest. The lady who was supposed to help us kept running around in different directions and was pretty rude. My nephew hurt himself in the "play room" which is just a closet, to the point of bleeding and we tried to get some help and she just turned and walked away without saying anything. She seemed to have had a rough day and it was really showing through her work. Not much of a selection either.

  Absolutely wonderful to work with! They have a large selection of gorgeous gowns and as a bride, you are not going to feel like a number here! Great for a more personal experience and ability to try on more gowns while you're there than most places! Plus the prices are very affordable!! Always so helpful for displays at our bridal shows and willing to drop off gowns/tuxes here at our wedding venue so the bride doesn't have to worry about it! Go to Special Occasions for all your wedding/prom/special event attire needs :)))

  I didn't end up getting my dress here but I always recommend it to any bride, they have a very good selection for a variety of budgets, but the best part is the people who work there they really cater to you and help with everything they can it's a very special experience.

  I really enjoyed my experience trying on wedding gowns and accessories here, although I ultimately purchased my gown elsewhere. They are a family-run business with phenomenal customer service and an unexpectedly large selection for such a small-town bridal salon. Worth making the trip to Odessa and the prices there are also good.

  What an amazing place! Allison and her mom have done a beautiful job with this special occasions store. There are so many wedding and prom dresses that you could actually spend a day and find exactly what you are looking for. I appreciate the fact that the inventory is not cramped and crowded. Take your girlfriends or bridesmaids out and see for yourself. It is definitely worth the drive! They offer free alterations on bridal gowns!
