I can’t say enough about this boutique. Every time I’ve been here the people have been so friendly and helpful! It’s by far my (and all of my friends) favorite boutique in the area. I’m here all the time getting new game day outfits with my friends or grabbing a coffee. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been to sparrow dozens of times since they first opened. 10/10 highly recommend

My favorite boutique in midtown! Have a good variety of clothes that aren’t the same as the other boutiques in Tuscaloosa. Such nice people and always have had a great experience shopping here!

I can't believe this place is even still in business. These girls are ridiculously rude, inattentive, and definitely judgmental. I had the worst experience here and I am so disappointed because I wanted to like it. An older woman repeatedly yelled at the younger employees (not that they were doing their job) and made my time there quite uncomfortable. It was highly unprofessional and overall I will not go again.

My friend and I went to look for a game day outfit. They closed early before 7 on Tuesday when it says they close at 8. I messaged them on Instagram and they said they close early when business is slow. They told me to come back the next day for 10% off. My friend and I came back on Wednesday to give them another chance. Again, they closed way before 7. I messaged them on Instagram again and they completely opened and ignored my message. Online and on their Instagram, it says they close at 8 Monday-Saturday. Definitely do not recommend and my friend and I will not be giving them another chance since we’ve drove to them 2 times to give them our business.

My absolute favorite boutique for everything you could want and need here in tuscaloosa!! Such a wide variety of fashion for every style, everything from game-day outfits to loungewear. Their cafe is also amazing, so fun to grab a coffee and shop at the same time!! 😻😻
