    Very surprised to see all the bad reviews. Joining them was the best tip I got when we moved to the area. In 15 years rarely ever had a problem with them or the website or the app. Some people expect perfection I guess.

    They charge $25 to wire money. Which is more than the bank charges to wire money. What's wrong with this picture. I was told on their 800 line that it was $15 to do a wire transfer drove 25 minutes to do the wire transfer and at the counter they said $25. Offered no help or explanation except they change the amount and became more expensive than Banks a couple of months ago. Credit unions are supposed to be not-for-profit there for cheaper than banks for their customers not so in this case. Seems like they're going to charge their way out of the business and banks will become your friend again instead of the credit union.

    Horrible service. Never have 2 tellers in drive thru even though more people use drive thru. Never call you back when they say they will.

    Terrible service!!!!! I call the 24 hour number and get a recording saying to call back . I will be getting rid of my account with sccu.

    Absolutely horrible place!! Had a boat on hold and tried to get a loan and Tony was helping us... so we thought. It was longer then a week and haven't heard. Called him several times and let him know we had a boat on hold but still hadn't heard from him. 10 days in and have heard nothing from him after calling him several times! Wouldn't want to open an account with these people because they are so incompetent on returning a phone call. Never mind giving them your money. I would stay away!!

    March 4th is "Dress In Blue Day for Colon Cancer Awareness Month" and it was great to see SCCU is supporting awareness to this disease that's 90% curable, treatable, beatable with 1 test screening.

    My Dad was a member from the opening day and passed from colon cancer on Dec. 7.

    We all need to be more involved to stop colon cancer from taking your loved ones!

    I've been with Space Coast CU for almost 30 years and have a very good relationship with them always, and I'm very grateful to them. Any question is answered ASAP.....with professionalism and empathy. Any transaction is handled with speed and efficiency and, last but not least for sure, is the friendliness and cheerfulness of the drive-thru tellers that absolutely change my attitude to meet their smiles. Thank you , SCCU,for being the kind of bank I'm proud to do my business with!
