  What a gem of a spa to have, conveniently attached to the gorgeous St.Louis hotel.
  
  I had the serendipitous experience of meeting Reza, one of the most naturally gifted massage therapists I've come acrossand I've worked in the ultra high-end luxury spa world for almost 20 years now ;)

  I made my first Brazilian appointment in a while and my waxer, Raven, made my first visit very comfortable! Not only was the conversation was great, but the experience was Phonytail friendly! I can’t wait to utilize all the services provided! :)

  I had a wax appointment, I checked in 15 min early ( I like to respect someone’s time) the front desk (women) checked me in and said it would be a minute. No problem. Now it’s my appointment time about 10-15 min after I told her the front desk I’m leaving and she proceeded to tell me “ I told you she would be a minute”. “ it just 8 min pass”. “The tech is actually right here finishing another clients toes. No accountability! I asked why wouldn’t someone approach me after my appointment time to readdress that the tech will be another however many minute or so. Completely disappointed

  Fabulous service, great prices. Had my hair done and have already received lots of compliments. Kevin Murphy and Morrocan Oil products used and available. Small but very nice selection of candles. Would have loved to get a facial and massage but didn't have time. Only bad thing is that the bathrooms are the main ones in the hotel lobby and they were not clean and reeked of urine. Spa probably can't control this since it's the hotel's domain. Would highly recommend the hair services.

  I visited today and was so lucky to have Monica as my massage therapist! She was so kind and accommodating from the start. When I told her my birthday was tomorrow, she immediately offered champagne and was so sweet.
  
  The massage itself was hands-down the best one I’ve ever had! The massage room and overall atmosphere was beautifully set up and Monica made sure to let me know that if at any time I didn’t like her pressure, to let her know so she could make sure I had the best experience possible.
  
  I highly recommend visiting Spa St. Louis. It is a beautiful, luxurious experience and all of the staff truly goes above and beyond. Thank you Monica! ❤️
