Awful services. The front desk has no idea what is going on. Process for records is flawed. The providers are snobby and unthoughtful of others time. If I could give 0 stars I would! Make sure you search around before going here. They cause more problems then they solve.

They set up appointments and call you to remind you about them and then when you get up and get ready for the appointments and you take time of your schedule and go to the zoom meeting, you get kicked out. I recieved phone call reminders and text messages for an appointment and then i call and they tell me I don't have one. My child had already waited a month to see the psychiatrist for her situation and I'd just like to know where the appointment went. How you just cancel on someone last minute or deleted it. Whatever happened. I'm finding someone else.

Doctor here told me they was prescribing my meds, drug store didn't get any prescriptions and then i called 15 times over two weeks. Receptionist kept telling me the doctor would call back, now i tried a new doctor that's requiring me to do an intake here, because apparently he wants to change my meds, the only ones that have worked for me after 22years of going in and out of inpatient treatment, ive tried 8 different doctors in the past 2years and i keep getting the run around, guess i'm going to have to do impatient treatment again during covid, cause they can't even be bothered to pick up a phone

Some staff are nice but the people who you need the most seem to always fail you. They really don’t care. And you never get the answers you need. If you’re able to find somewhere better to go then do it.
