Terrible company and extremely unprofessional. Hispanic employee with black gauges/earrings in his ears was using racial derogatory terms in Spanish and profanity after speaking with him. Do not do business with racist.

We've been used SSP system for almost 5 years but the after care is very stressful. charging extra every time for fixing the disconnection issue but failed. For volume adjustment issue, no solution. Expect at the very beginning to install, No one, sales/engineer seemed to involved actively our issue to figure it out. even reception not smooth.
