  Great service and a wonderful job done in a short amount of time. Very professional and quality work. Carlos was so polite and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work before he left and even checked on our water heater before he left to make sure it was good. Very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future.

  I called this company for information regarding indoor air quality in my apartment. The gentleman I spoke with remained on the line as long as I needed to ask questions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and patient.

  I needed some serious work done on my heater in my condo. Southbay Heating and Air Conditioning responded to my call quickly and had someone over to help the next day. They were very thorough and professional and even identified another issue with my ducts that we hadn't noticed. They even took a look at a plumbing issue and gave some advice. Talk about above and beyond! Anyway, my main issue was resolved that day and my ductwork completed within 2 days after the initial appointment. Now, I'm all set for the winter and for future cold weather seasons to come. Thanks so much!

  After starting my home's heater for the first time of the season it decided to stop working.
  Called Southbay Heating and Air and with luck Dennis let me know he was able to come the same evening.
  He arrived on time and immediately got to work on figuring out my furnace's problem. Thankfully it was a relatively easy fix on my well aged system.
  We spoke for a bit on the condition of my system and my concerns about its age and very poor efficiency as well. He gave me his honest opinions on my system and reassured me of the benefits I have been reading about for newer high efficiency systems.
  All and all I was extremely pleased with the service and knowledge shared by Dennis of Southbay Heating and AC...and without hesitation will be suggesting them to my friends and family if they ever need HVAC repair.

  Dennis @ SB Heating & Air had to really battle with the thermostat. He fixed my wall furnace first & it’s about 30 years old. He left my house & came back 3 or 4 times that day until he found a compatible thermostat. He was just as concerned for my 93 y/o grandmother as I was. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, tenacious & caring. If anyone needs any heating, air, or electrical work done, I highly suggest using SB Heating & Air. He also saved us at least $1,600. I called 4 other companies that wanted to charge me approximately $175 just to assess the job, non refundable, & also said their was no way to fix my old furnace & I needed a brand new appliance & pay over $ 150 per hour for repair service! THANK YOU DENNIS!
