  I have taken my 3 kids to South Tx Dental for years now, since they were toddlers! My oldest is now 16 & although we have never had a bad experience with any of the Dentist or front office staff today I personally feel like my kids received the BEST care from Dr. Charles! Dr. Charles was so passionate about her work & was so informative which is really appreciated!! I appreciate Dr. Charles for taking her time & giving her all!!!! I can tell she Loves what she does. Thank you so much Dr., & staff for your great service & most of all for taking care of my kids when they are under your care! See you next visit.

  Very professional. Great with children as well as adults too. The play room is very big and great for the children. I have been bringing my kids here forever. Try it out.

  I found my visit at SouthTexasDental to be very pleasant the dental hygienist that did my cleaning was wonderful thorough, transparent and explained every step as she went along. The ladies at the front desk were nice and personable. And took me back within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I would highly recommend them to anyone

  I have been going to this locations for years and I enjoyed it. I went recently and took my 5 year old who had to get 2 fillings. I didn't want her to fill any pain so when they asked about laughing gas, I agreed since they said it was not going to harm her at her age. Well she went through the procedure without a problem, but afterwards was complaining about her nose running and that she was hot and she whined all evening. Later that night, she said her face was burning and wanted ice, so we placed a ice pack on her face. Well that night, she started to blister. I took her back and let them see it, they said she may have gotten an allergic reaction from the mask. Now I am making an appointment to see if she was allergic to the plastic gas mask or did they indeed give her too much of the gas. This is the after math. I will never advise the gas mask for small children if they have not gotten an allergy test and this is the outcome. When we go out she covers her face with her hand so people want ask her questions and missed her 1st days of school because of it. Staff is nice, but this was a horrible outcome for my baby.

  Very nice, polite & organized. Got me in before my set appointment with no problem. My entire family comes here and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Great dental office, awesome staff members and amazing doctors.

  I have always had a good experience at this location. The front desk is friendly and helpful as well as the staff at the moment of the treatment of both my children, 2 yr old and 10 yr old. I have been bringing both since they have needed to go to the dentist and aren't afraid of how they are treated. They are patient at times when needed and aren't rude. I love coming here and will continue to do so.

  This particular location is professional, clean, friendly and quick.
  I went in today for a single extraction and was seen within an hour! Seriously!
  Dr. Song was friendly, patient and fast.
  The front desk staff were courteous and the dentist assistants were as well.
  They also have a discount plan you can take advantage of too..it saved me a couple hundred dollars! I'm was very pleased with my experience today ... I tried aqua dental just down the street from South Texas Dental and I was greeted with attitude and uncertainty... don't let their water decor fool you.
