  Extremely trustworthy and always does great work with my car. I highly recommend them and will continue to go back, regardless of how far it is from where I live. Knowledgeable and friendly, every time.

  I never see any auto body shop like this .this is a worst shop .don't go for car repairs.inspections and emissions because they will break parts and they won't pass inspections and emissions. if you repair parts any other store and back to this store for re inspection again they will fail and will ask you to come 3 or 4 times and won't give any appointments.

  We have been using South Riding Automotive for almost 10 years and we have been satisfied every time. Rick and his team has always gone above and beyond to help solve issues with my vehicles as well as worked on my company vehicles. They stand behind their work and very honest. We can't express how grateful we are full this team.

  Love these guys, have been using them for over 5 years -- Iived in the area for 17 years -- and they are my favorite mechanics. I won't name any names but I have tried five others before settling on Rick and his team. No, they don't always know right off the bat what the issue is but they go the extra distance to figure it out and explain it all in layman's terms. And they don't overcharge unlike some of the others in the area that insist that you need to replace everything. I've owned several cars over the years, mostly foreign and many with signicant mileage so they've done a great job keeping them safely on the road. Never had a problem with them breaking down. Am very happy and will continue to use their services. Definitely recommend!

  As a person with over 40 years in the automotive business, I can say that South Riding Automotive is one of the best shops in the northern virginia area. Rick is one of the most honest mechanics I have dealt with and is extremely fair. I do not expect a man to work for free and his pricing is more than fair. Highly recommended.

  I went to south riding Automotive yesterday for VA state Inspection and use their $6 coupon off. What a cheating place this is. Spoke to Rick carter and he made a bill for $600 repairs. Spoke to my car pool buddy today. He suggested a place in Herndon. I went to Herndon, and I was done in half hour and $16 payment. Never use South riding Automotive as they are running a scam.
