  We purchased a certified pre-owned Rogue late in the evening.
  
  The staff didn’t rush us. They gave us a good value for our trade in and were able to articulate the reasons for their price and I believe they were very fair. I believe Robert was the manager that helped with that and he was very nice and thorough.
  
  Our salesperson was Carlos (aka Charlie) and he was very good, we have no complaints. Angel and Monica helped us too via text, which was convenient.
  
  The finance gentleman, Miguel, was wonderful. I think he is the best we have dealt with in car buying.
  
  This was our first time at South Park Nissan but we have every intention of returning.

  My sales expert, Garret, made the process seamless. He clearly communicated everything including the terms and delivery process, as I was flying in to pickup the vehicle. I was in and out in less than an hour and enjoyed visiting San Antonio with my new Frontier 4x4. Im looking forward to purchasing a Pathfinder or Armada now thanks to this great experience!

  I was very happy with my experience purchasing not one but two vehicles back to back at South Park Nissan. They took care of me so well that I went back for another. Roland James was great he responded so quickly to my inquiry with a video of the car and answered my questions. Even though he was about to leave he made sure to get me info before and I appreciated his great customer service.
  
  They had the inventory and they were not marking up the prices high like other dealerships I was calling. There was one other about the same price and closer to me but Roland made the difference I appreciate a great salesperson and he earned my business that I drove across town 45 mins. He took me seriously and I appreciate it because my time is very limited and he had the car options ready for me.
  
  I can say I have had another salesman at my previous Nissan dealership that was great too but this dealership stood out because not only was Roland great at what he does but the sales manager Damon was great too. They followed through each time and listened to what we were looking for.
  
  I loved that it was no nonsense cause I can’t stand dealerships that you tell them what you want and what you can afford and they come back with crazy numbers and haggle you to death. They didn’t do that there at South Park.
  
  To top it off Miguel in finance was awesome too. He was so nice and explained everything well. He didn’t make us feel all rushed even though they had just closed. Plus he gave us a great deal exactly what we were asking for and felt like they went above and beyond with customer service.
  
  I give them five stars and my business two times in one week. My husband and I have bought over the years about 13 new vehicles at dealerships and been to so many that we didn’t buy at and this felt like the best experience all around and the best deal because they even offer awesome warranty coverages. I hope you go see Roland and his awesome team at Ancira South Park Nissan!

  Even though we live in DFW and have several Nissan dealerships close by, we purchased our car from South Park Nissan. They had a great inventory, exactly the car model and color we were looking for, and they were happy to deliver it (with a bow) up to us! They made the purchase super easy, and Roland Garza did a fantastic job of showing me all the features of my new car! He was very customer service focused and we would definitely work with him again.

  We drove from the north side to come check out this dealership and I highly recommend it. The store is clean. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Roland was our salesman and he was fantastic. He stayed late for us, was knowledgeable and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted in our new to us Armada 10/10 would recommend him!!
