    The service person who was assigned to me, Adam, is fantastic. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, very clear in terms of what the repairs would involve and what the costs would be, he was very time-efficient and clear about the wait time, and he saved me money by explaining a couple of choices and recommending not pursuing the more expensive option because my car didn't need it. The repairs were done relatively quickly. And the free car wash is very much appreciated!

    I called to check the price of an alignment because my usual dealership was booked out, ended up scheduling an appointment because the lady that set appointments was somewhat nice on the phone. I was told that I would receive a call from the service department quoting a price on an alignment, long story short I never got that call. I ended up going in at my scheduled appointment time only to be told that they don't do appointments for oil changes (ended up not getting the alignment here, probably a good thing). Now before they even took my car back I knew they were going to "do" a multi point inspected, I also knew that my parking brake hasn't been working and I need to get it fixed (but not here). So after I get my car back and get home and go over my paperwork to discover that my parking brake was "checked and okay" which it clearly isn't. I also saw that they set my tire pressure to 35 psi when they Dodge factory puts this nice little sticker in the door jam that says 30psi, so now my brand new tires are over inflated. Now yes I know it's my responsibility to look at all of this before I left the lot but I just don't like this dealership AT ALL and I just wanted to get out and go home. Please save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere this was my last resort and my last time at this place

    Their reputation for having an awful service department is well earned. I took my truck for an emissions inspection because it kept failing because "monitors weren't set". The service department charged me (and failed me) for a state inspection that I didn't request. Even though they couldn't do the state inspection because the emission inspection failed. Never told me that they failed the emissions inspection till I showed up to pick up the truck when I was told it was ready. But, they definitely wanted to do a $500 brake job the truck "needed". So, I got charged over $100 for absolutely nothing. There are plenty of reputable Dodge dealers around. Stay away from this shady place.

    I was assigned Geno for my visit which was basically for an inspection, oil change, and anything else that might be in order. Geno advised this would probably take an hour and a half. I waited in the lounge area eating a package of popcorn and drinking coffee. Geno came to me and told me of the findings and what passed but might need looking at next year. We agreed to a new set of tires and had them put on. After a car wash and complete explanation of what had transpired by Geno and a visit with the cashier, I was on my way home. In total, it was a pleasant experience.

    Unfortunately I have had to take my 2015 Cherokee back for service many times. They eventually found the problems. This time they got it done on the first try. The service people are always very nice and helpful.

    I dropped my car off at the service department. Everyone is so polite and inviting. The whole process was easy and quick. The gentleman, I believe his name is Don, that drove the shuttle van that took me home was so nice. I will definitely come back here for services on my car.

    So my daughter made an appointment for recall service on her Chrysler van. They assured her they had the parts and would be able to performed the services. My wife and I drove 60 miles to pick up our daughter and grandson so they wouldn't have to hang out at the dealership for a couple of hours. After killing a bunch of time at McDonald's and a few stores we decided to go by the dealership and check on the status. They hadn't called like they were supposed to do but we wouldvcheck anyhow. Pulling up we see the van sitting out front so yeaaaa it's done we think. Nope, they don't have the part and didn't even have the decency to call and say they couldn't do the work. Why did they make the appointment if they didn't have the part? Why did they assure her they had the part when they didn't. Why did they leave us wondering around south hills and not even call to say the van was sitting there and they'd have to reschedule. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I can't speak to the sales department as I haven't dealt with them and they seem to have a large selection of vehicles. But service is a total thumbs down.

    SH Chrysler did a great job. Had some back and forth about how the part / labor would be covered, but that was resolved very quickly. Almost as fast as it took to fix my Durango!!! The service was fast and complete. I received my car cleaner that when it went in. The only problem that I had during this visit was that I did not provide the correct phone number. If I had, I would have gotten my car back a day earlier! Great job and PLEASE keep it up.

    IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE. PLEASE JUST PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!!!!

    I brought in a perfect Jeep Cherokee. All that needed to be done was change the rotors and break pads, but they are incompetent to the point where two months later I'm still dealing with the terrible noise it makes when I step onto the break.

    I took it in for a check up and they said it was a faulty one and that it was replaced free of charge a day later the noise came back. I called again and they said to give it two weeks. I'm here now on the 4th and we almost had a wreck because the break is not working.

    Do not trust these incompetents that can't even change break pads. Don't give them your hard earn money!

    Geno in Jeep service was great! He kept me informed the whole time on the status of my vehicle. He was also very professional and courteous. Great experience!

    Not a good experience with service. I dropped my car off for an 8:00 am appointment. Used the complementary shuttle, came back at 4:00pm and my car wasn't even looked at yet. Asked why and I was told because they had a lot of walk-ins who waited for their cars so they worked on those first. Why would a walk in bump a scheduled appointment in the first place is beyond me. When they finally looked at my car, they didn't have enough time to finish the work so I had to get a rental and come back the next day to pick up my car. the best part is that when I parked my car later that night and locked the doors, they didn't hook up my horn correctly. Had to go back again.

    Bill Winter the service manager told me (while I was complaining about my car not being seen) that just because I scheduled my vehicle for 8:00 am doesn't mean it's going to be seen. Really?

    Good people and really appreciated the drivers who will take you to work and pick you back up. The people are nice and do all they can to help. My only concern was that they did not check all my concerns out.

    Dave Susko - was the best sales person possible for buying a car! He made the experience so wonderful and easy. He really went above and beyond for my car buying experience. I would recommend him as a salesperson for anyone!

    In June 2016, my wife and I came to South Hills Chrysler, Doge, Jeep, Ram & Fiat to look at a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Our sales associate was Dan Johnson. During the sales process, Dan was very patient with us and actually listened to what we wanted. He spent several hours with us to make sure that what we looked at met all of our needs. He even ran one of them through the car wash to highlight the color of it. (It looks black, but clean and in the right sun - its a BEAUTIFUL Forest Green) Such a small thing - a car wash - that he personally took care of, SOLD the jeep. During my paperwork process, it was discovered that the Jeep would need a factory recall done. A few days later the parts arrived, and Dan personally brought us a loaner jeep and took ours for the recall. I don't know many car salesmen that would go above and beyond the way he did for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car here!
