  my initial consult was very detailed . DR P did a thorough explanation of my surgery with my implants under the muscle. They also showed me the sample implants so i could feel them and imagine them on my body. his post off nursing staff explained in details what i would need to do prior to surgery . His staff also made sure i was comfortable with all details of arrival and post op care. They took my blood and did a complete check of my vitals . DR WHITE explained his role in my surgery / Anethesia . DR WHITE was so kind and detailed . He did a thorough review of my medical history and talked to me about the importance of Anethesia and my comfort . The surgical team was amazing . Not once did i feel any concern. I was assigned my own private nurse in recovery . I was so surprised to see my surgical bra was actually pretty and comfortable. I went home relaxed and slept peacefully. That night the head nurse called to make sure i was resting and comfortable.

  since when I met him very much appreciated the conversation and felt very comforted to talk and show him my belly.and very pacient with me.over 30 years experience, very polite, cheerful. when I was dehydrated in 2 days post op dr Pinnella assisted me quickly with treatment necessary.

  Well run and organized office, although you need to be proactive as the process proceeds up to surgery, as I had a retest that was needed (high potassium), and didn't find out until I called 4 days before surgery to make sure all paperwork was in order. Dr. has been practicing for over 30 years, and is a well-respected PS in South florida.

  I recently had a breast augmentation/w lift with Dr.Timothy Alexander 10/19/17. The staff was very helpful and pleasant throughout my journey. Dr. Alexander wasn't as helpful in helping me chose the right Implant size but he did tell me that he will give me the right size for my frame which ended up being 330 cc. I was advised that my chest size is a small D but it looks like a C cup size to me.Still in the healing process, let's see what's to come. Hopefully my results are Great!!!

  Is totally disrespect for any person that does everything possible to be on time for an appointment and the doctor gets 2 hours late!!!!
  In top of this he doesn't even say hello or apologize....
  Also i was interesting in 4 diferent peocedures and he did not even look my information that I completed at the arrived of my appoitment...
  I wasn't able to show what i want because his attitude was like he doesn't care...not even provide me w the medical rope.
  After waiting for 2 hour there i last 3 minutes in the consultation @!!!
  The facilities ans bathrooms looks poor..bathrooms are not remodeling furniture is not clean the wood legs has mildew..
  Thanks God there is more cosmetic cirugies

  The Physician (Dr. Alexander) is horribly rude. Does not care about your feelings after surgery. The facility is very slow and unorganized. They do not review your information if you are out of town. And the specials all turn out to be the same general price for cosmetic surgery. The staff for the Dr. was very nice and helpful but cannot assist with the outcome and interaction with the Dr. My BL/BA turned out horrible. I cry everyday. I wish I had keep breast the same as they were after my breast reduction. The experience was night and day. DO YOUR HOMEWORK>>>>
  The physician who does the fillers was excellent and her staff as well.

  This place is horrible and even scary. I had a consultation for breast lift and tummy tuck there and waited 90 minutes before I was even seen. They took me into a room where the doctor already was. They didn't have me put a gown just pull down my pants and pull up my shirt while standing in front of a mirror. It was Dr. Steven D. Eisenstadt who was short and just barked commands at me. He recommended me getting fake breasts to help reshape my breasts and when I asked if we did that about what size my breasts would be after the surgery and he said the size is a question for Victoria's Secret not him!!! I wanted to know about how big and he never answered only saying bigger than they are now!! I only saw the doctor for less than 3 minutes and hadn't spoken to anyone else such as a nurse asking questions or anything. They then just stuck me in another room waiting for somebody to come in and discuss the price. I waited for over an hour and had to get to another appointment so I just left without completing it. My appointment was at 11am and it was almost 2pm when I left. I am glad that place showed me it's true colors before I made any down payments and booked a surgery with them. The idea of the doctor performing surgery on me is scary!

  Well I decided to travel from South Carolina to check out Dr. Alexander based on his reviews. I must say the center was not what I expected. I decided to get lipo with a bbl but for some reason my body still looks the same.. I followed all directions from the post op nurses who were friendly but not very well educated because talking to different ones I got different answers. However looking at my before and after pictures nothing has change. It was money wasted. If your looking for excellent results try another center.. money wasted my butt stills looks like a pancake and it's been two months since my procedure..

  I can't say enough about Dr. Alexander and his staff. All the post-op girls are amazing. Make u feel comfortable from the moment you walk-in. Dr. Alexander is quick, confident and to the point. My type of doctor; the less you speak, the more you listen and know. I had a breast augmentation done two years ago and just had my re-aug. Very happy 😍

  I wish i can give this a zero or say something good about this place... first i want to say i did my bbl with Dr. Pinella, i went in for a consultation and he was very friendly just like the staff.. he looked at my problem areas and told me he would remove the fat from the stomach and the love handles.. the second time in it was surgery day.. he came into the room and i specifically told him that i wanted a normal butt.. due to i was completely flat.. i told him i didnt want a exaggerated butt because am only 4"11 and 150 pound.. he said that was fine and that he would leave me looking great.. when i woke up in the hotel room.. that i see my self in the mirror, i cried.. my butt was extremely huge! The next day i told him how many cc's he had putnin and told me it was the maximum amount on each butt that it would go down.. after 6 months i called and said my butt was too big and it now saggy because of all the fat they put in me.. there response was i had to pay again fpr the sergery all over again.. PLEASE USE ANOTHER DOCTOR! My butt is deformed big and saggy if you dont want these results use your money somewhere else..

  Everyone has been wonderful, they are extremely helpful and courteous. The med spa has made me look beautiful I love Desiree, Lauren and all the ladies. Dr pinella did a great job on my breasts and I barely have any scar. I would recommend them to everyone who wants to enhance their beauty 💋💋
