Everyone in the office was super friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel pressured to schedule any expensive procedures as I have in other dental offices, and Dr. Fetsch was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. I plan to go back, and will recommend this practice to others.

Dr Fetsch took over this practice from the wonderful Dr West, who retired and who my husband had been seeing for over 20 years. We booked only to find that Dr Fetsch will only accept one insurer, Delta. We have BCBS FEP Blue Dental. Was told the day of my daughter's appointment we would have to pay up front all costs and claim them back later as Fetsch is out of network. We were dumbstruck at why he only takes one insurer, but Sharon Harting's review below gave us some much needed insight. So sad that a wonderful established family dental practice has been hijacked in this way. My 8 year old is now in tears that she can no longer be seen at the practice that saw her since she was a baby. Avoid this dentist.

I was quite impressed with Dr. Fetsch & how passionate he is about dentistry. It’s obvious immediately that he loves what he does & stays abreast on what is considered “cutting edge” in his profession. You’ll feel like you’re in good hands immediately. His staff is also very friendly & well versed. I would recommend highly without hesitation.

We have been patients of Dr. Fetsch for 15 years and have nothing but the best experience with his care. He is patient and careful and very thorough. He explains his plan for your care and answers all your questions prior to treatment. I had my first cavity about 10 years ago and never having dental work before, I was very nervous. Dr. Fetsch was so calming during my filling and it was actually a very painless experience. He is truly the best dentist we’ve ever had and we’ve referred many happy friends to him over the years.

I had been seeing Fetch for awhile but in O Fallon. What ever you do, do not let this man do implants on you! He did mine the teeth are to long and too big. He did a horrible job. After he tried for a year to get things right he gave me my money back and sent me on my way. My mouth is so messed up from him. I had to go to a specialist and things are still not fixed it going to take awhile to undo what he has done. I have talked to some of his other patients and they are also having problems. Ask yourself why would he leave his thriving practice in O Fallon. It’s because he had too! He messed up so many people. The insurance company he worked for let him go! It must be nice to mess so many people up and just move on. He doesn’t care. All the horrible reviews are gone and he just starts over. DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOU! Most of the people that give him 5 stars they only have there teeth cleaned. Plus his own people review him!
