These guys are cheats. Got a Honda Civic from them. Would match the deal, but during billing they would make mistake. I caught one in the MSRP itself which I got fixed (already a red-flag considering they managed to make mistake for such big purchase). Later, I found they charged me for accessories which they explicitly said would to be free to match deal from other dealer. Salesman stopped taking call when I asked him about this, and when I went to dealer they straight denied with she-says-he-says point, and didn't find salesman.
If you decide to buy from these guys, be very very careful with billing and negotiations.
This is probably my worst experience.. Just for regular service A12 is what they call, I ended up paying 237$.. I was told that cabin filter and pollen filter cost 100$ and when I looked up the final invoice they were 50$. They did not even bother to wash my car..
Bought my vehicle here. Sales was good. Not pushy at all. Came here for my first service. Great service and well taken care of. Complementary coffee and pastry while you wait. Kids play area is always a plus while you wait for the service to be done.
The best Honda dealership! Excellent Service team! I got engine problem on my trip from LA, and i got lucky to be around this dealership! Azeem was my advisor, the best adviser I ever met, super friendly and experienced guy. He found that my 7 years old V6 Accord still has a manufacturer warranty for this particular problem! And they did $1200 repair for FREE! Usually its not the case. So this dealership builds a relationships with customers, not just one who want your money only.

They offer you free car wash with service , which is not the case in other places. Also a ride to the place you want to go once you drop your vehicle off for service.

I was a loyal South Bay Honda customer. I had bought a previous Civic there and had took both my Civic and Odyssey for service there (even though this is not the closest dealership). The customer service used to be top notch. I was in the market for a new Honda Odyssey so naturally I went to them first. They wanted to overcharge me for the new car (even with other dealerships having lower prices), refused any loyalty discount, and wanted to short change me on a trade in. I will be taking my business elsewhere as being a "loyal" customer got me no where.
Called to confirm if I can come down immediately for a test drive and was told yes by one Mr. Jason. I came down to the store but was told they were too busy to offer a test drive. Upon asking for lease options the salesperson asked us to wait and never came back to us. It would have been better if they told us that they couldn't accommodate us on the phone itself!
Good service. Kind of pricey. Employees are quite nice. They can call and pay a one-way Lyft for you if you leave your car there. Definitely make an appointment.

Non-appointment service line was barely moving. It took more than an hour before anyone could help preparing a work order for my car. Not even sure whether the staffs checked if you actually have an appointment if you waited in appointment-only line. Definitely a bad experience despite the work being completed on the same day.
Had a great experience with this dealership. This place is way better then the Honda dealership at Fremont. Mr. Honda Nguyen helped me out in getting the car I was interested in and although we could not agree with the final numbers, he was very polite and helped in whatever manner he could help me. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit this dealership and contact Mr. Nguyen if they're interested in getting a new car.
