Simply put these guys are EXCELLENT. They treated me with respect and we're very pleasant to work with..straight forward with no pressure to "buy now" like so many other places. Because of their welcoming attitude I decided to purchase from them. I had 2 other dealers with similar vehicles in stock but after stopping here first I didn't need to travel any further. They made it happen and I took delivery a couple of hours later. They even detailed the car nicely and to my surprise offered my first TWO service visits (Oil Change/Tire Rotations) for free. Other dealers generally give you ONE.. This gesture makes me feel appreciated and welcomed. No surprises . Once you find the vehicle that you like they put everything in writing. Including all fees (yes, they do charge a "Dealer Fee" but their prices are lower so it is essentially about the same or a better price than the competition).
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you check them out for your next vehicle purchase

Watch your wallet. Folks are kind. Systematically will try to charge interest of over 22 percent! Even attempt to add up front finance fees of $2400. Best to check others to know you can get a fair deal. A good isn't possible here in my opinion.

Dyer Chevrolet is the best place to buy any vehicle.
They will work with you in more ways then one the customers service is outstanding they fineness department Edwin a great guy any issue he will do his best to solve it. I would suggest to any one go see him and talk to him and I promise you he will work with you . And Mike the manger he's another great guy does benover backwards for
You and keeps in the loop as whats going on just as well

It was a little bit longer of a wait than I anticipated but they did a great job changing my oil and threw in a free car wash (hence the longer wait). Friendly staff. Clean facilities.

Wonderful staff. Love the new ownership and how awesome they treat you there. I had Luis as my salesman, perfect to deal with. And he was bilingual which was very helpful so I didn't have to translate for my father in law. He took care of us both and we walked out with 2 amazing deals. Highly recommend to ask for him!

We purchased a slightly used car here. Come to find it need 1000 dollars worth of repairs. Tried to trade it back in to them for a different car. They said we were 6000 dollars upside down on the car. We have now had the car for 2 years. No other dealers will take it. They screwed us. Be warned. Plus, they have a very small selection. On a good note, the service department is great and nice.

Sorensen & Schade Chevrolet in Lake Wales is awesome. We just purchased a sweet Colorado crew cab in record time. From test drive to driving home in less than three hours. James Wilbanks is the man; well really Steve Schade is "The Man", but he let's James make it happen.

This is my third vehicle in a row from Sorensen & Schade, and I'm still amazed at how easy their team makes everything. Just call and tell them what you want and they somehow make it happen. Then you'll understand why every time, I've driven from Lakeland to Lake Wales past several dealers to Sorensen & Schade.

Was not a pleasant experience. Could never get a hold of our service adviser. I was told to bring in my car on Wednesday, it was on Monday that they were able to work on my car and finally figure out what was wrong with it after they had already fixed it a week before. Will not be going there again.
