I understand how difficult it can be to seek counseling, to open up and share your experiences and struggles with another person, and how important it is to feel comfortable with the person you see. Developing trust and a sense of comfort and safety is a process. My focus is on meeting and respecting your individual needs, and providing a compassionate and open space where you do not feel judged, where you feel deeply understood, and where you are able to experiment with new ways of being and relating. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. Our relationship is the primary context for change. I have more than 10 years experience as a counselor and my specialties are: rebuilding your life after a divorce/painful breakup , depression, anxiety, sexual abuse recovery, self esteem issues and trauma recovery. I also deeply enjoy working with couples.
