  Thrilled with my Sonic experience! Found all the electrical outlet boxes I needed online and ordering was easy. Picking up in-store was super convenient. Prices beat Home Depot and other stores, plus the customer service was quick and friendly. Definitely my go-to for upcoming projects!

  I conveniently ordered online, and my order was ready for in-store pickup within an hour. I found all the products I needed for my job easily and at affordable prices that beat my other suppliers. The knowledge and experience over the phone were very helpful when making technical decisions. 10/10 recommend and will continue to work with Sonic Electric!

  Horrible Experience. Ordered a panel for a big project. Day of delivery order was canceled "by me" supposedly that is. No notice given no explanation. When I finally got an email back they stated inventory issue. Unacceptable. Will never use them again.

  I'm writing this five-star review to express my gratitude for the great customer service I received at Sonic Electric Supply & Lighting.
  
  I had a very challenging situation at the end of last year with my electrical panel going up in flames on New Year's Eve.
  
  My electrician quickly sprung into action and purchased a new electrical panel in order to solve the problem quickly.
  But after consultations with the LADWP Inspector and a Solar Advisor it turned out we needed a different panel which happened to be on back order.
  Sonic Electric would have been entitled to a 30% Restocking Fee for the already purchased panel as per their policy.
  But when I explained the challenging situation to their rep Pie, he clearly advised me how to quickly get in line for the back-ordered panel and very kindly agreed to waive the restocking fee.
  In our conversation, I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate and accommodating.
  
  I will keep Sonic Electric's information on top of my list for future projects.
