This is a good hotel located in a business park in Columbia. The room was nice with ample amount of space. However we did experience a plumbing issue. First, the one bathroom over flowed and the second one followed shortly after. The staff was very kind an accommodating. Overall, the experience was a success.

It's a very clean facility. They offer free Breakfast buffet every morning as long as you are a guest.

This is a long term stay hotel, so all the suites have a kitchenette with a full refrigerator/freezer. They don't have ovens, but I think that's better for safety. All the pots/pans and dishes can be found in their suites though.

The studio is more like a standard room, but all the other suites have a door separating the living room and a pull out couch.

Studios ONLY HAVE KING BEDS. NO roll-aways either. Be careful when you book that if you aren't sure about the room type, it's better to contact the hotel directly to check and confirm your reservation.

It's better to book an even numbered room. Or a High numbered room (above 21).

My stays here are always excellent. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff. The suites are very nice and clean, and is complete with everything you'd need for an extended stay. They have a free breakfast bar every morning for their patronsalways a plus. Parking at the front lot can be sparse at times. Other than that, I would happily keep doing business long term with this company.

Stayed at Sonesta ES Suites Columbia while attending a 4 day training course at Shimadzu. The room is clean and comfortable. I had a king suite, so there is a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, & small stovetop; a small living area with a loveseat, TV, and small desk area; a bedroom, separated from the living area by a door, with two nightstands that have built-in chargers, a large dresser, and a king bed; a closet with a laundry basket, ironing board & iron, and a safe for your valuables; and a bathroom with a vanity. The look is contemporary, with yellow, blue, & white paint. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Breakfast is complimentary & tastes fine. The dining area is very nice, with booths, tables, high tables, in a variety of sizes to accommodate different groups. There is a shuttle you can request, which is wonderful for getting to and from my training course. The price for 3 nights in this king suite is $370, including taxes & fees. The hotel is in a pretty central location, but I haven't explored much. I would recommend this as a good place to stay. You can get a lot for a very reasonable price.

Our stay was a great experience. We had the 2 bedroom (possibly handicapped)suite. My only complaint the bathroom was too big. Crazy, I know. It was long somewhat narrow room. It appeared to be wide enough for a wheelchair to maneuver with ease room. The toilet was the farthest from the door. We didn't try the free breakfast, but others seemed to enjoy it.

I enjoyed my one night stay at Sonesta ES Suites. The rooms were clean and nicely later out. The room had hot water throughout multiple people taking showers. In the morning there was a free breakfast buffet and the food was pretty good.

So far so good with our stay. We were unable to eat breakfast this morning but address planning on trying it tomorrow. Rooms are perfect for more than one night. Highly recommend this far.

This is an interesting hotel with creative room designs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and they also have evening functions on some days. The floors between levels can transmit some noise if you get a bigfooted upstairs neighbor.

The rooms are really nice! I was staying with 4 friends for the weekend, and the accommodations were great. Clean rooms, lots of space, great kitchen. Breakfast is pretty good too. Definitely recommend.

I really liked my room. The bed was roomy and comfortable and I'm 5' 10". There was a cute kitchenette which made me wish I were staying more than one night. The staff were very nice. Very accommodating. Three colleagues I was traveling with said they asked for a wake-up call and got nothing though. Bummer. They were late getting to the conference one morning because of it. Oops. Also, the hotel forgot to switch all the room clocks over to daylight savings time and none of my work mates could manage to change them over themselves. They were on some sort of lock down-- or would that be clock down in this case?

The complementary breakfast was very nice. The complementary dinner they had was okay. Not great, but edible if you were tired and just needed to feed yourself before falling into bed for the evening. In short, I would DEFINITELY stay there again or recommend Sonesta Columbia to another colleague. Just bring your own alarm clock and you'll do fine.
