This was my first experience with physical therapy so I was a bit anxious, that all disappeared as soon as I met Dan, the owner, He made me feel at ease right away. After an evaluation of my pain and movement "sore spots" I was given exercises to strengthen my neck and upper back muscles. After exercises, which were not difficult for me, I received a therapeutic massage that felt wonderful. The session was ended with a moist heat wrap around my neck and shoulders that loosened everything up and was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! I also saw Justin who is very up with a great sense of humor. When my blood pressure was high during a session and I got dizzy he was very helpful and kind and took good care of me. There is a very good vibe in this place because they care about you and want to help you heal. If you need Physical Therapy and are looking for a great place try here first! It was a great experience and I'd use them again.
