Solstice Landscaping, a premier landscape design / build company specializing in high end work located in the heart of Bozeman, Montana and the surrounding areas is hiring!

FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work with and manage other crew members while working in a leadership role. Must have 3 years experience in the landscaping or irrigation trade and have experience driving truck and trailers, operating skid steers, mini excavators and other smaller equipment. Must have a good attitude, be a self-starter, be an active participant, and have strong organizational, documentation and management skills. Must be flexible with work schedules, demands of trade and varying factors to meet deadlines and standards. Please understand that this job is gratifying with seeing the beauty we create on a daily basis but it is a PHYSICALLY DEMANDING job. If you are not interested in working hard, staying in shape and earning your income, please do not apply.
Horticultural or Landscape education and local experience is preferred but not mandatory.
We have a season full of exciting local projects lined up! We offer a fun and safe work environment, lots of local work, competitive wages and steady employment throughout the season.

CREW REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work with other crew members, have a GOOD ATTITUDE, be a self starter, be an active participant, be flexible with work schedules, demands of trade and varying factors to meet deadlines and standards. This is a labor job requiring LIFTING 50lbs REGULARLY and working in varying weather. Please understand that this job is gratifying with seeing the beauty we create on a daily basis but it is a PHYSICALLY DEMANDING job. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: But we are willing to train the right candidates.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: in the landscaping, gardening or irrigation trade. Strong organizational, documentation and management skills are valued and compensated accordingly. Horticultural or Landscape education and local experience is preferred but not mandatory.

We are pleased to announce that we've sent 5 our our team members to the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute's Concrete Paver and Installer Course. All 5 passed the exam! One of our team is now a Certified Concrete Paver Installer and the other four attendees will likely meet the 10,000sf installation experience by the end of the season! From a quick verification on the ICPI website there are only 5 people who can call themselves Certified installers in the Bozeman market! Way to go Solstice!
