Our first experience eating there was just okay. The ramen was fairly disappointing, and the sushi roll I had was mediocre. The saving grace was the scallops.

Our second visit was much better. The pork belly skewer appetizer was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, the steak in the bibimbap was also wonderfully done, and I had probably the best tofu I've ever had there. The outside was crisp but still easy to cut through and the inside was warm and it melted in your mouth.

This place was incredible. I've travelled the world and love trying out new and different restaurants. This place stands out as one of my favorites. I ordered the salmon and shrimp and it was outstanding. Besides the amazing food, the restaurant itself is beautifully designed.

We had a fantastic experience last night!
We walked in and had a drink at the bar and the bartender was very helpful creating a drink for my wife and friend.
Had one of the best experiences that I had ever had at any restaurant. Our server Paul From France was very entertaining and was very helpful with the menu.
We order 5 rounds of food each being better than the last.
We shared everything and had so much fun!!!
Lastly we had this giant fortune cookie, that was the perfect end to the experience!!!

We came to dinner while visiting the city for the first time. Our server Sam was great, very attentive and friendly. She gave us a few recommendations from each section of the menu & they did not disappoint. If you are looking for a tasty dinner, this place is great. We highly recommend the crispy rock shrimp, pork dumplings & Ramen! So yummy :)

Sucked!!! Because my lobster tail roll had no taste. I left two sushi on the plate because it tastes like nothing. Barely any Lobster in it, the service was horrible, the workers look like they all were lost. I really wanted to take my girlfriend to a beautiful place and have a beautiful dinner because it looked like you have a very nice place but I think you need to sit your employees down and your Cooks down and get your place together. You could have the best restaurant and I wouldn't mind paying $70 again if you fixed your restaurant. Thanks.

Love this place. Awesome atmosphere and great food. Sat at the bar by the street and it was great. Plenty of room at the bar too and delicious cocktails

The servers were very nice, the broccoli appetizer was great, & loved the sushi. The good is plentiful and sharable. Beware, fish paste/sauce is used frequently, so read the menu carefully before ordering if your palette isn't used to that flavor.

This is a great downtown spot with a sophisticated decor. The salmon robata was possibly the best salmon I've ever had. Everyone is right about the sprout app--it is huge and delicious. The sushi isn't the star here, order from the creative offerings and you'll have a great meal.

Sushi was smaller than I remember it the last time. It also kept falling apart. I guess they got a new chef who I was not impressed by. One the sushi rolls came with sauce on the menu but I was told the chef didn't want to put it on the sushi because it wasn't authentic. The sushi came out plain to me. It needed something. I normally like their sushi but it was. Not very good this time. Also the music was too loud. I gave up trying to talk to my friend cause we were right across from each other shouting and could barely hear each other.

Wow the small shareable plates made it easy to try several options. We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts appetizer, the ginger rice, the robot grilled shrimp and mango Rangoon for dessert! I would definitely recommend!

Have to say I could care less to go here again. My sea bass was raw had to order again and the second time it was under cooked. Our food came out before the drinks we ordered. The wait staff was really friendly but you would never see them again. I felt like they were rushing us out of there. The sushi was blah, I rather go else where to get it. The food overall was blah.

The best part of my experience here was our server Alexis who was very pleasant and set the bar much higher than the food and hostesses. The sushi came out warm and dry with stale flavor, sushi from Costco is probably better and more sustainable. The drink menu looked interesting tho we weren't drinking. Little Tokyo is a much better (and cheeper) choice if you're looking for sushi.

Modern, vibrant, stylish environment. Large menu of delectable options. Reasonable prices for generous portions. Be prepared to share and sample as you'll want to taste everything. Great addition to the cultural district and Pittsburgh in general. Bar tvs unfortunately face the dining room - a minor detractor.
