  This was some of the best BBQ we have had! Definitely the best around Bountiful! The people working were very friendly and helpful. They even let us sample a few things! We will definitely be back! They also offer catering. Be sure to get there early because they will run out of food as it gets close to closing!

  Absolutely delicious food! Their options are always delicious and flavorful. Very tender meat. The prices are exceptionally reasonable given how much food you get. The potato salad is phenomenal and the cornbread is the best you can get anywhere. This place can get busy which can make visiting a little difficult at times, but it's well worth the wait and whatever challenge you face in finding parking. Highly recommend this place for smoked meat lovers!

  It's family owned and consistently good, the service and the food. I won't say it's Texas barbecue level, but as far as Utah barbecue goes I haven't had better. I especially love the brisket sandwich and the huge hot scones. Closed on Mondays. Maybe Sunday too.

  I love everything here. My favorite is the steak burger, my husband loves the brisket. One meat salads are huge as are the Navajo tacos. My son always tries to down the double steak burger but it is too much food. Love the people who own it, they are amazing!

  I had the 3 meat platter. The brisket and pulled pork was cooked well. It was missing a bit of smoke taste. The turkey was by far the best of the three. For sides I was very impressed with the mashed potatoes.
  My co workers orders the Navajo taco that was on a good size scone. They quite enjoyed it.

  Met Kyle this evening and his staff. Friendly offering great service and above all great brisket!
  Corn bread is wonderful too would have sampled the pork however, they had sold out. I've tried all the other barbecue places here in town that is to say Salt Lake City and Bountiful hands down
  Smokin Bones BBQ really stands out that the best in northern Utah. I have sampled red barbecue from around the country. Smokin Bones ranks, for me, in the top 10. Cheers

  I had the double steak burger with corn bread and cream corn, and my wife had the turkey sandwich with corn bread. Next time I'll just get a regular steak burger because the double was far too large for any normal human to eat in one sitting. My wife loved her turkey sandwich. I'm docking one star for not toasting the buns on the turkey sandwich, not heating up the corn bread, and for not bringing it meals or together (my wife finished her food before they delivered mine). However, this place is great and I'll definitely be back. The cream corn was awesome, but I couldn't eat it because I was too full. Be warned, the double steak burger is far larger than it appears in the photos.

  One of the best BBQ joints in Utah! Locally owned and operated, it's a family affair here with a lot of passion put into the recipes made every day. You won't be disappointed if you like BBQ.

  The meat was delicious, especially the ribs. The sides were solid, but not quite what I was expecting from a flavor perspective. For example, creamed corn was not like the creamed corn in a southern restaurant. We loved the pizza oven that looked like a bull! Food comes out pretty quickly.

  We were looking for a casual place to eat on a Saturday afternoon and so glad to find this place. GREAT BBQ! Had the pork and brisket with potato salad and corn bread (!) and my wife had the pork sandwich with coleslaw. It seriously was AMAZING!! Can wait to come back to try more of the menu items.

  Great BBQ! Best in Utah! I had the Brisket pizza and it was AMAZING! It's impossible to order something bad here. The family that owns this restaurant is super personable as well.

  The food here was simply amazing! I feel in love with the atmosphere as well! The owner came and checked on us and was the nicest guy ever! I also love that this is a family friendly place.

  Been coming here almost since they opened. Great place! Great people! Great food! Whole in the wall deliciousness you can't resist! Favorite restaurant ever! I've been to a few including Ruth's Chris and the like. 👍
