If you're looking for an empathetic, intelligent and hardworking car dealer, head right to Smith's Auto. I've had an excellent experience working with owner, Dave, to find a new vehicle. My family has also received detail work from them and have come back highly satisfied with their service. Before I stopped into Smith's Auto, I had been car searching for about two months and visited about 15 car dealerships spreading across all over Michigan. I test drove numerous cars and met with many dealers who pestered me and made me feel pressured. I was highly dissatisfied and proceeded to look elsewhere. Dave, from Smith's Auto made buying a car relaxing, efficient and worthy. He made transferring plates, insurance, and financing run smoothly. I really appreciated this because buying a car can be stressful and confusing. After my experience with them, I have given recommendations to others and plan to continue to keep Smith's Auto at the top of my list.

Extremely rude, Came in hopes of going home with a nicer used car as I hate buying new cars. I came in with a pre-approval and Tom greeted me as if he didn't want my business from the beginning. As I was taking a look at a few cars I noticed things weren't even running good! the one I looked at had a rough idle ! I mean who can't even FIX the car before they sell?! they must not care about good quality things, which is ironic based off the "quality" in their name. What a joke.
