  I LOVE love love this company. Start to finish an excellent experience. The receptionist was so nice, and pleasant and took the time to explain everything. My tech Darren Olech was amazing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the drain carefully and efficiently. He explained everything to me, before he started and after he finished. Really great experience. I am a first time customer and I highly recommend this company.

  Best experience I've had with a plumbers' pricing and customer service!
  Best drain service in North Jersey their hydro jetting cleared out my sewer line completely of tree roots. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody who wants great drain cleaning service!

  Michael was phenomenal and came as quickly as he could when he heard my bathroom was overflowing sewage. Some kind of stop in the drain in the middle of my yard! He came on a Saturday morning when no other companies would even answer my calls. I didnt even know what a rooter service was, but he ended up pulling 3' of roots out of my sewer line!
  
  Cleared it, unclogged ALL my drains and made sure they were unclogged by running a camera down my pipes to make sure it was good and did it all in an hour and a half. I went with Smiley Drain Cleaning because their company had the highest rating and the BEST reviews! I was not disappointed. He was fast, respectful, and kept and eye on my 2 door dashing cats while coming in and out my house. I am very grateful. It was BAD, and I mean BAD. After he left, it took until 1:30 in the morning to clean the rest of the sewage up. (Which wasn't anything he did) Very fast and efficient. I would use them again if I have any problems with my drains. THANK YOU!

  I had a clog in our mail line on Sunday. I contacted smiley over their website. Mike called me right away and he was able to schedule me. They sent Darren who was very knowledgeable, professional, kind-hearted and considerate person. I was soooo appreciate the work he did. He was also very patient and answered all my questions. I wish I could give him 10stars. I definitely use Smiley again and highly recommend to all my friends and neighbors.
