I regularly use Smart Park and have always been completely satisfied with their service. I appreciate the courteous treatment of the drivers and the office staff, as well as the ease of booking the spot.

I just used them for a 4 day trip out of LGA. The staff were so friendly and we quickly parked and was at our terminal in minutes! When we landed, they were quickly there to pick us up. I would def recommend them and will be using them in the future!

location right off the highway. 24/7 management and pick-up. fenced and gated for safety. Courteous, helpful staff to answer your questions and arrange for fast drop-off by computer reservation and promo code. On return call for rapid pickup: in fact, other customers may have already called for pickup and saved you the trouble. Best of all, don't pay until you return. We were several hours late due to weather, no problem.

Very efficient service: both while dropping off the vehicle and while picking up. Shuttle arrived within few very minutes after calling. Facility is very close from the highway, very easy on and off. Spacious valet parking lot.

The facility was close to JFK and reasonably priced. The driver was punctual and very courteous. I called the facility when we landed and my was waiting when I arrived at the lot. Recommend highly!

Dropping the car off was easy and quick and we made it to the airport in no time at all. The problem was during the return. If you don't mind sitting outside for 45 minutes waiting for the shuttle then it's not an issue as once we got on the shuttle the rest was not a problem. Our car was there waiting for us and it took no time paying and getting the keys. But I could just imagine if it weren't just my wife and I and we brought the kids, having to wait that long outside in New York would have driven me insane.

Great service! Nice people. Our flight was cancelled and they picked us up at LaGuardia , had our truck waiting AND didn't charge for the day. Will use again. Thank you made a really bad day a bit better.

The attendants were courteous and professional. The ride to the airport and return to lot was efficient. They videoed my auto before check in so there would be no argument about dings. I viewed the parking facility and it is quite large and there is plenty of space between cars (can you tell, I am concerned about dings and dents?). My car was returned in perfect condition. While this lot is a little more expensive, it was worth every penny.

Two phones were missing out of my car, I had left 4 on my glove compartment. they fail to investigate as they wanted proof of locations for does phones I usually fix screens and I don't get people's Apple ID and stuff so I turn the phones off as soon as I get them. If u park there be sure to take anything that has value as it might go missing, the supervisor or managers fail to call me back I had to call 3 timesand yet never got to speak with a manager.

Reliable, clean shuttles run frequently to and from airport. Valet for quick drop off and pick up at their lot. With all the LGA construction, much less stressful to park here. Car has always been in same condition as we left it.

This was my first time using an off site airport parking service. I made a reservation on line and the facility was right off the highway and easy to find. It is not covered. The staff were friendly and efficient. I paid exactly the price I was quoted on the internet and they had my car ready and warmed up for me when I returned. My only complaint was the length of time it took the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. It was about 25 minutes from the time I called. But everything else was great and I would use them again.

The one star I give SmartPark LGA is one star too many.
My car was valet parked on SmartPark LGA lot from 12/1 - 12/14. It cost me $365.00 which I paid online in full before driving to the lot.
I picked up my car on 12/14 and immediately noticed new, extensive scratches on the front, driver side, near the headlight. Via emails, I explained and submitted the attached photos of the damage to SmartPark LGA on 12/14 and 12/15, respectively.
Adam Smith of SmartPark LGA telephoned me on 12/16 to deny any responsibilities. He also implied that those scratches came into existence after I left his parking lot on 12/14.
What do I gain by falsely accusing SmartPark LGA for causing damages to my car when I have already paid in full in advance?
Any businesses, big or small, that have integrity, are concerned about providing reliable services to its customers, would have taken a different approach. SmartPark LGA has proven that it is not such a business.
Please keep my situation in mind if you decide to valet park your car at SmartPark LGA. Better yet, stay away from SmartPark LGA if you value your car at all.response / report this review -

Very courteous and efficient staff. If you're looking for a place to leave your car and get good fast shuttle service to and from LaGuardia Airport, think SmartPark. The shuttle is clean and comfortable. We were whisked to the airport shortly after arriving at SmartPark. They had the necessary on-line records when I reserved the space so there was no delay in getting to the airport. Upon our return, they were there waiting (which might have been a coincidence), and our car was ready for us at the office. Just needed to go in to sign the pre-arranged charge on our credit card. A very smooth operation.
