We are serving some of the best BBQ in Las Vegas! Sleepy Wilson's Barbecue has mesquite smoked St. Louis style ribs, BBQ chicken, rib tips, BBQ pork and pork sandwiches as well as fresh hand packed cheeseburgers and a char-grilled Chicago style hot dog. We also will have some of the best wings in Vegas. Marinated, smoked then char-grilled BBQ wings. To accompany all orders we have homemade sides that include Grandma Pearl's potato salad, cole slaw, red beans & rice, collard greens, baked beans and French fries.
