The decor and energy of this place is amazing, not to mention the view. If you have a suite at Delano you can come here for a free glass of champagne between 730-830pm!

Similar to Foundation Room where its on the 64th floor of one of Mandalay Bay's hotels, but it has a 360 degree view and much more seating than Foundation Room. Best of all, there's no cover charge!
