We took my grandson there for his birthday. He enjoyed hisself on the high rope walk and the foam pit. The place seemed really nice. Prices are within reason.

Our girls LOVE this place! so much to do here, its not just trampolines and foam pits. I even have a daughter in high school that LOVES to go here. Keep up the great work Sky High!!!

Great place for kids to jump on an indoor trampoline, play laser tag, and run around while you sit and watch television, and them on the video screen.

This place needs some attention. It's dirty. People leave their water bottles and trash on top of the shelves and tables. The building is nice and big but there's a lot of wasted space. VERY LITTLE SUPERVISION. And there's only one dodge ball court. So younger kids can't play dodge ball. Unless you want your child taken out by the big kids, adults and teens 5 seconds into the game. Pricing is cheaper than other trampoline places. But I will pay the couple dollar extras to go somewhere cleaner and has more choices for my kids.

☡WARNING VERY RUDE STAFF☡
I went there with my sister and the guy at the rope was taunting my sister with the rope and he pretended to try to trip my sister as well. It was clear that he was board and wanted to have some fun but he took his "fun" way to far. But that is not the only reason why I will never come back to this place. When we were jumping on the trampolines we were asked to get off so they could clean them for closing. They asked us to get off at about 4:50 but they closed at 5:00. So if we paid for an hour then we should get a full hour, not 50 minutes because they just want to leave earlier. And there is one more thing. This time it is not the staff, but the trampolines themselves. They really are not that good. The foam pit is to small and there is no plank to jump off of as well. All and all I will never be going back to a place with bad trampolines and such rude staff. If you are thinking of going here I would strongly caution you. Instead, go to Dify Gravity. They have much better staff and trampolines.

I really loved this place for my boys (ages 12 and 14). There were plenty of things to keep them occupied and happy. The Friday and Saturday deal (8-11 open play for $17) was an awesome deal, too! Everything was pretty clean and the staff looked relatively attentive (considering it was so late and not too crowded). We will definitely visit again next time we are in Charlotte.

The staff members are freaking awesome! The manager, Aaron, was hilarious. I absolutely loved Jasmine. I know I wore her out with questions but she was super helpful and sweet (and I'm super envious of her hair!). Last, but definitely not least according to my sons, is Cynthia. I think my sons (Lukas and Braden) spent more time checking out Cynthia than jumping on the trampolines! She was a cutie and even posed for pics as the boys' Bae 😚. The boys also thought Hope was a hottie too!

Had a nice issue with the communication of the laser tag feature and had to request a manager. When you market a feature and someone pays additional money for that they should be properly advised that the times could be limited due to a reservation. This will help relieve a lot of confusion and will ensure that people can make a sound purchase

SKY HIGH is a great place for all ages. my 4 year old daughter and 10 year old son LOVE when we go to SKY HIGH. the snack bar is great and the employees are AWESOME! very attentive to the kids. i would totally recommend for birthday parties or just an afternoon of FUN!!
