8:00 pm Tuesday April the 16th I spoke with the most rude person I’ve ever experienced in customer service. She acted like for some reason she thought she would have a job if people didn’t want to order pizza. Then had the nerve to act like I had inconvenienced her to ask for my total after telling me it would be an hour for my pizza. Management. employees like these are the product of your training. If I owned your business, I’d clean house.

I was so looking forward to pizza last night. We walked in and there were a couple of people waiting for carry-out but no one was in the eat-in area. After being ignored for 15 minutes, we walked. Still ignored. Probably won't be back.

Food was good as always with sir pizza the only problem with dinning in one of the employee's family members hovered over our table telling us their life story the entire time we were there. We couldn't talk among ourselves. Honestly we couldn't talk at all.

I simply love this place! The BEST pizza in town. My Granddaughter and I went there for some time together and we really enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress was very nice and she gave us GREAT service! The only downside is it's really cold inside. LOL

I called to place a delivery order. I explained what I wanted personal pizza and wings which I have ordered before and had delivered. The lady responds they only deliver small pizzas or larger I said okay give me a small. One hour and ten minutes pass I call to ask where my order is she gave me an estimate of 30-45 min when I placed the order. She ask my address and says it just went out should be there any minute. 25-30 minutes go by I call back. They immediately put the blame on me saying I told them it was a pick up. Then after I explained I called twice and both times they acknowledged It was a delivery still my fault. However they did ask if they could get an address they would deliver showing they never wrote my address down the first two times I called. Also showing the quality of service if they planned to deliver me almost two hour cold pizza.

The staff isn't like you get at Applebees or Friday's or some other, big corporate, fast casual dining establishment. They don't tell you how happy they are you came, or to "have a nice day". The decor, is old table's from Wendy's and other things thrown together. And it's great. Just because the furniture is old doesn't mean it's dirty and just because the staff isn't gratuitously friendly doesn't mean their not good at their job. And the pizza is awesome, which is kinda the point.

The edges of the pizza were fine. Nothing to write home about but still good. The center was not even warm. I'd have thought they put it in a budget microwave if I hadn't seen them put it in the oven. How..?

This pizza is always great! I love how the toppings actually go to the edge of the pie. You do not have a piece of crust an inch thick leftover when you run out of toppings.

My pizzas was an hour and a half late. When I received them, they were cold and BURNT! Before the driver arrived, I called to inquire about my order, the CSR was belligerent, and told me that I can either cancel the order or continue to wait. She didn't even offer me a credit, I had to request it, and even then it was only $5, on a nearly $50 order. This was unsatisfactory at this point. Therefore, I asked for the corporate number, and when I called, the CSR took my name and number, but nobody ever called back. I continued to call until I spoke with the owner's daughter. She told me she would call me back. Nearly two weeks later she finally does (today), and has the audacity to just offer me a credit for a large pizza. No, after the poor customer service MOST of all, and the horrible pizza, I deserved a refund. I will say this, I had been pretty regular and never had previous problems. However, the one time I did have an issue, it was handled with such disrespect that I will never eat here again. I don't want your credit for a pizza because I'm not confident in your service. The way I was treated, the CSR who still works there, I'm afraid, might do something to my food. Since it is not in the policy to give a refund, rest assured, I will never eat here again or recommend it. In fact, I will go out of my way to discourage anyone I know from eating here.

Haven't received food yet, but the lady waiting tables is extremely rude!!! If you don't want to smile and do your job, you should stay home!

Got food poisoning and instead of trying to find out what meat it could have been, they just said it couldn't be us. Really? Why not? Is it because you are so clean. Before you eat here, just look around the dinning room and then make your decision.

Meh. Pizza not good. I've had better at a bowling alley. Wings are not crisp, must cook them in a pizza oven. Pretty expensive too. $25 for a medium and an order of wings. I probably won't get again if I can help it.
