    The best of the best 👍 I bought a 2014 Escape from Don & yesterday I traded in for a 2018 Escape. Don made sure I was happy with my choice. Doug was great helping with the financial end. I highly recommend Sioux City Ford ask for Don & tell him I sent you!

    Great dealer to work with. I drove from Omaha all the way to Sioux City because the better service and prices than anyone in Omaha. They sold my truck for $4000 less than anyone in Omaha would. You cannot go wrong with these guys at Sioux City Ford.

    Completely hassle-free, got exactly what I was looking for at a substantial value. The best car buying experience I've ever had, hands down. Ethan was who I worked with and he couldn't have been better. I was buying from out of state and was able to firmly agree to price and trade-in after a half hour conversation prior to making the trip. Everything was put together by the time I arrived and I was able to drive home happy. I even forgot a few things in my old vehicle that Ethan promptly mailed to me. Seriously, this place is everything car buying should be. Fantastic value, great people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND (was not asked to leave this review)

    STORY TIME!
    One star is giving these people too much credit if we are being honest. Honestly, where to begin?? I bought my Mustang brand new in 2014 from here, and haven't once had a problem with it. Then I got a letter in the mail saying there was a recall on my steering wheel air bag. I held off on taking it in because every time they have these types of things happen they might fix one problem, but they create two more. Reluctantly I finally take it in and had to deal with a guy named Danny Harmes for all of my appointments. He said it'll take about an hour. I say no problem, and wait in their lobby.
    Once its done I get in my car only to find huge scuff marks and scratches all down the left side of my steering wheel... I go back in and tell Danny about this and he says to me, "We don't touch the steering wheel" as if I was the one who magically did this to my own car while it was in their possession.
    After making it clear this was their fault Danny looks at it and tells me they will order a new part but it won't be here for several days, I tell him I needed to drive back to Vegas for college in a couple days. Finally he figures out that he can get the part shipped overnight so I thought well at least it's being taken care of.
    The next day I go down to have it fixed and after waiting an hour and a half Danny says they they couldn't do anything with it because they didn't have the right part. I asked "Well then what are you guys going to do about it?" and he said "You'll just have to wait until you get back from college" At this point I'm getting pretty angry. I say no way, and finally I start dealing with Jim who seems to be the only competent person in that entire building. Jim orders the "correct" part and overnights it yet again. The next day I take my car down again and they fix the aluminum/plastic covers around the left steering wheel buttons. They say I can take my car but as soon as I get in I notice they still haven't replaced the scuffed up leather on the steering wheel. I ONCE AGAIN tell Danny they didn't fix the ENTIRE problem. So reluctantly he takes my car back once again and finally fix everything I originally came in for.
    I finally get my car back with my steering wheel looking fixed, but I still noticed a small scratch on the right side of the steering wheel that were the exact same as the more noticeable ones from before. I didn't even bother asking them to fix that because I didn't have the time, patience, or trust that they would do it correctly. Not to mention that EVERYTIME I got my car back there were dirt and oil stains all over the plastic and synthetic leather pieces of my interior from the mechanic who drove my car out of the shop. You'd think that they would get someone other than the guy wearing a dirty suit to park your car back in the parking lot......
    This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a Ford service provider. The customer service was atrocious and Danny continually acted like I was an annoyance to him.
    Could I have been nicer? Probably, but it was hard to after they continued to jerk me around wasting literally hours of my time and then try to play it off as if it was my fault every time. Attention to detail was nowhere to be found, and the lack of accountability was laughable. It really made me wonder who hired these people because they all seemed incompetent.
    I really wanted to upgrade and buy a new car here in a couple years, but I will never buy another car here again because I refuse to put myself through dealing with their shop service. I really hope other people that come here don't get treated the way i did.

    We just had the BEST service at Sioux City Ford! We worked with Brad, who was respectful and honest from the moment we walked in... hard to find that in the sales world! He listened to our needs and wants, and he delivered! No shady business, no tricks... just a good, honest deal that worked for both parties. We got a fair trade in value and left satisfied. To top it off, the finance guy, Doug, was also amazing! We will only use this dealership going forward and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

    I came in to look at a few trucks for my business, and Ethan Claret was an amazing help. No pressure but a guy who believes in his product. This young man had great personality and didn't hesitate to show me around knowing I was just "tire kicking" persist.
    Very great experience I will come back to see him when I'm ready to buy another truck.

    The Team at Sioux City Ford was amazing. We buy all of our vehicles from SC Ford and are never disappointed and the service is second to none.

    We have also had various after market/specialized work done and SC Ford handles the entire process as the point of contact for us. We only work with one person and they handle the rest. It is seamless and the work is awesome!!

    If you are not using Sioux City Ford, you are not working with the best, period.

All have been very good, straightforward buying experiences with excellent service and maintenance provided during the years following the purchase. I will continue to recommend Sioux City Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

    I called to schedule a time to have our F350 to be worked on and Danny fit us in at a time convenient for us the next day. They were able to repair and get our vehicle back to us late afternoon the same day. We always receive great and quick service here! Great service department!! We have had Ford vehicles for over twenty years, Best Ford Dealership thus far!!

    Don Krier was the sales representative who assisted me. Don was the most honest, helpful, and genuine sales representative I have ever met. I don't know if sales representatives make commission here or not, but if they do, he did not act like it at all. He cared about putting me in the right vehicle and catering to my needs. Although I did not buy a vehicle, if I could only buy from one person, it would be Don. I have never had someone, especially in sales, be so honest. I would highly suggest going to him. He is experienced, he knows exactly what he is talking about, and he is seriously the nicest person ever. Thank you so much for the help, Don.
