  Simply Self Storage deserves more than 5 stars. This is due to the fact that it is well managed and maintained by Justin, the current property manager. When I came in to rent a unit at the end of September, Justin made the entire process stress free. He is a knowledgeable, customer oriented professional who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the unit I was renting. If you are looking for a storage facility that is TOP NOTCH, Simply Self Storage is the place to go.

  After looking at a few storage locations in my area, I decided to rent a unit at Self Storage. I found the place to be very well maintained, extremely clean and reasonably priced. I was assisted by Justin who was such a pleasure to deal with. He was so helpful and very clear about the terms of the rental contract. I highly recommend Self Storage.

  I was skeptical at first, as I've never used a storage unit before. I am in between moves and this was my only option. Justin was SO helpful and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. He's made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. The facility is kept spotless, there is 24/7 access and security, I have no issue with storing valuables there.

  I shopped around for a storage unit where I could put furniture while we prepare to sell our house. Vicky was great at not only offering a fair price, but getting me signed up quickly. The storage units are clean, you have 24 hour access and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend you check out Simply Self Storage if you're in need of a storage unit. Ask for Vicky, you can't go wrong!

  Very clean units and easy access. Love that they are open 24/7. Dave made the process of finding the perfect unit seemless. Awesome customer service and rates. Very happy i chose to store my belongings with them.

  Vikki is very personable and always willing to help. There is 24 hour access and via gate code which makes it very convenient to get to your storage at any time. Storage units come in a wide variety of sizes. Phones and questions are answered promptly. I definitely recommend Simply Self Storage for any of your storage needs.

  Excellent customer service. We called a couple of places and went with this location because he was very direct and professional. Was able to answer all of our questions promptly. I liked that he knew what he was doing and explained everything thoroughly. I Didn't feel like I was getting rushed thru the fine print of the contract. I think if businesses had a guy like him they would be more profitable. Highly recommend this place.

  I have a unit there and downsized to a smaller unit. No Hassel at all, Carmen was really great and detailed about everything. She even offered to help me move my items at no charge. Really beautiful person and really helpful. This place is great.

  Carmen, your Property Manager is indeed a true asset to your company. Anytime I come to pay my bill she is always prompt, courteous and pleasant. As long as she is in charge of this location I am not going anywhere.

  My experience here at cliffwood is great. I still have a unit there. The customer service is really great and friendly. Will recommend anyone here really clean property and good prices. Property manager is really great..

  I have been a client for over 3 years. The service by a young lady Carmen has been courteous, professional, and lovely since of humor also extremely pleasant. She calls to remind me to make sure I pay on time and pleasure to deal with. The property is really clean and the prices are reasonable. So far so good no complaints. Lovely place.
