Last year we had an amazing time with the mothers and children at Veronica’s Home of Mercy. This is a shelter that houses mothers and their children. We recognize the love and commitment moms around the world give to their children and so we wanted to show that love right back.
This year we’re back at it. Next Saturday we’ll be making brunch for the ladies and completing an activity with them. If you’d like to join us let us know! #mothersday #community

Every year, Brooklyn Temple SDA Church partners with us to complete our Coast to Coast Blessing Bags. Last year, I (Ja’Nece), had the privilege to join them. We had the opportunity to sing with the residents of the local shelter and have one on one conversations with them. We’re very thankful for their consistency and willingness to serve. In Los Angeles, we have the privilege of individual groups collecting and packing their own bags to contribute to our distribution on Saturday. This year Imani and Alex gathered supplies with help and made their own bags. They will be joining the LA group this weekend as we serve.
