I switched to Simmons First last February because I wanted a no fee checking account. A very pleasant and knowledgeable associate named Jennifer told me about round up debit so I also opened a savings account. That little "pocket change" really adds up! And still no fees! I now mostly use the drive thru and they're as equally friendly and helpful; and ready with the biscuits if dogs are with me🐶🐕 I'm so glad I made the change!

Our business has been with Simmons First Bank for a little over a year. We chose it on a recommendation and are so happy we did. They have the most friendly staff. Everyone we have worked with have gone out of their way to help us. Their rates are better than the other banks we talked to for our needs and number of checks we process per month. The thing that stands out the most is their one-on-one service and attention. We always get a prompt response. Other places take days or weeks for information.
