  By far the best orthodontics or dentist appointment I've ever had. Had braces for years from a different orthodontist, and went to Silver Lake to remove my permanent retainer. They were extremely welcoming, helpful, considerate, gentle and kind. They made every effort to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. Multiple staff members and doctors came to check on me and chat during the appointment, and it was done in less than an hour! Beautiful office and convenient location. Cannot recommend them enough.

  Everyone from reception, assistants, coordinator and Doctors were very friendly and accommodating. You can actually feel they were all sincere in welcoming and assisting their clients. I am very fortunate my Dental care team at Hues Dental Group (another exceptional team) referred me to them for Ortho stuff to be done. I will definitely refer friends and family.

  We shopped several orthodontist before electing to go with Silverlake. Their team really connects with the kids. They take the time to explain things to patients (and parents), their office is clean, staff are warm and friendly and doctor understands families needs. We are impressed with the way they partner to come up with solutions that are best for the patients. I we are very happy with them.

  Beautiful office. I am very impressed how they welcomed us and made our first visit smooth and easy. Staff is great and everyone was very polite and informative. The office is spotless clean. Their equipment looked very modern. I am so pleased with my experience there. My kids lived it as as they felt relaxed around the doctor and the staff. They loved the free snacks and the nice gift they received.

  My daughter had an appt yesterday with Silver Lake Ortho. I was a little nervous with cost of braces but my daughter needs it and she had been very patience. I had to bite the bullet and go ahead with it. The staff was very busy but regardless, our visit was very relaxing. We enjoyed our time with all the staff and the doctor herself! I can see why the clinic was rated the best. We look forward to many visits in the future. My daughter is excited and cannot wait for the next appointment. I had relaxed a bit on getting her started and realized it will be for her own good and the staff was very supportive.
