I have been buying and leasing cars since 1984.Heath was our sales rep. He has the best personality then I by far have EVER had in a salesperson. Due to the massive confusion we previously had at another dealership ,Heath made this transition so smooth, hassle free, and with great pleasure to drive off in a brand new civic ..not to mention the gentleman Juan, finance person has such a great personality not to mention was very clear and explained every little detail before signing anything..i have found my new dealership for the future..its to bad 5 stars is the limit of choice ..this place has 100 star rating in my opinion..
Had a great experience. Mike and Chris really took care of my wife and I. They were able to meet my exact price I had in mind going into this process. I will definitely go back.
Just the simple gesture of making sure someone is always there to open the front door of the dealership makes a tremendous 1st impression. Our Sales Pro Cody Coers was knowledgeable, he asked great questions, and most importantly, he asked for our business. We never felt pressured during the negotiation phase and the price was fair. Looking forward to a great experience with our new Honda Pilot. Go Silko!
I am loyal Honda customer, this past Friday was my first time purchasing a Honda from Silko Honda. I purchased a white 2017 Accord Sport. My experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing! I called to inquire about the vehicle I spoke with Darnell; he was very knowledgeable when I asked specific questions about the Accord and most importantly he was helpful getting me the vehicle payments in my price range. He scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Tim a sales specialist. Tim was also amazing! Tim pulled the vehicle upfront he went through all the bells and whistles of the Accord and then I took it for a test drive. Once we returned I knew it was the vehicle I wanted so Tim walked me through all the initial documentation, once that was all finalized he sent me to the finance office. Juan from finance was also amazing! Juan was very detailed and went through all of my documentation with me. In addition, he answered all my questions. At the end I met with the Sales Manager Chris who wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and experience at Silko. Overall, all four gentlemen displayed outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend Silko Honda to my family and friends. Thank you, again Darnell, Tim, Juan & Chris!
Best experience ever!!! in buying a car. Emilio was very helpful and answered all my questions. Rodney Resendes was very friendly, they both helped me to trade in my old car which I still had payments and they gave me a good deal for my new car. They were not typical salesman. Very nice people both. Great place to buy a car. I Recommend Silko Honda to anyone who is looking for a good reliable car and honest salesman.
Wanted to share my experience with Rodney Rezendes at Silko Honda. We reached out to Rodney and his team for a specific vehicle and he was able to locate this for us very quickly His team went above and beyond to ensure our auto buying experience was bar none; they were professional, intuitive and extremely comfortable to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next auto purchase
I had to purchase a car straight out of college due to my car dying. Ryan C helped me purchase a car that was within my price range in the long run and made sure the car was well equipped for my travel needs. He accommodated my monthly budget and helped me finance properly. I appreciate all he has done and hope each customer goes to him. He truly puts his heart into his work!
Second vehicle purchased from Silko after 8 years! - our salesman Stan was AMAZING. No pressure, incredibly knowledgeable and made the process fun! Great atmosphere to buy from. Management/Ownership is there for the customer not just to make a sale. No hesitation to send friends and family there for a good deal and great customer service. Thanks to Adam, Stan, Juan and the whole team!
As a first time Honda purchaser, I was very impressed with the entire Silko dealership. I initially made contact with Catherine Callaghan via email on a price for a Pilot. Silko was very competitive with their pricing and when there was a slight mix up with the Pilot I wanted not being available, they stood by our agreed upon price and transferred in the exact Pilot I wanted with no further problems. Stan Ennis was the salesman I did all the paperwork with, and also gave me a hands-on tutorial on how everything in the Pilot worked. Great guy, and I enjoyed working with him. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda at a fair price.
I recently purchased a car from Silko Honda and I was extremely impressed with this dealership. I was very indecisive about what I wanted to purchase and they went above and beyond to make certain that I left with the correct car.
My sales rep was Jason Constantino and was was the absolute best, patient and understanding and went well beyond to be helpful. Stacey and Juan in finance were also helpful and understanding and went way beyond. Professional and respectful.
Everyone I met at Silko seem proud to be working for the oldest family owned Honda dealership in the country.
It was a game time decision to stop at Silko but in the end it ended up being a great move!
Went in to have my car checked because I was going for a long trip. I was taken in without an appointment. I was nervous about going on a long trip but felt at ease after my experience! Everybody was accommodating and pleasant to work with. I was comfortable going on my long trip knowing that my car was checked over by the Silko service team. Thank you Silko!! I would highly recommend anybody I know to your dealership!
I bought a car at Silko with Matt Sherman. The service was seriously top-notch. Car buying is typically not my favorite thing to do, but with his knowledge, honesty, expertise, and availability whenever I had any questions or concerns he made it a lot more enjoyable! I would highly recommend shopping for your next car there. Ask for Matt!
I shopped around for a new hatchback and got down to the Titanium level Ford Focus and Honda's "reboot" of the civic hatchback. At the end of the day, Ford is mediocre unless you upgrade to the ST and your daily driving routine agrees with a stick shift. The new Civic hatch wins on cubic space, fuel economy and horsepower. Not to mention, Honda devised some wizardry to make a continuously variable transmission not "weird" as so often described. (The cool kids call it "rubber band-y") It's awesome enough to try and there's ZERO lag when you want to rock that accelerated lane change.
After I shredded my rotors like a fool on my gorgeous 2011 Accord, I had Silko service it for me and I believe they were fair on the price and spectacular on the customer service. When I stopped in to see what they could do on the civic hatch, I received the same treatment. They worked with me on my trade-in and I was fine with what I wound up paying. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with young Javani Rivera and I recommend you ask for him when you stop in. He'll find a great deal for you.
I'm looking forward to getting every other oil change for FREE at Silko. I know they'll take good care of my new, sweet ride.
**SERVICE CUSTOMERS BEWARE**Went to Silko to get my ball joints replaced on my 2009 Accord as it was close to my job and convenient. Called and spoke with a woman who set me up with an appointment, I explained the work I wanted done, and they quoted me a price of $580 to replace my two front lower ball joints. I thought this was a little high so I did some research online for what normally is charged for this service. Should cost around $400 to replace both front lower ball joints, so right off the bat I know I was quoted incorrectly. Upon arrival I was welcomed, and I went over the car with the service tech explaining what I wanted done. He was great, made sure to answer all my questions and the job was quoted at 4 hours of labor @$120 an hour, 2 ball joints at $51 each for a total of roughly $580 plus tax. I dropped the car off at 2:00 and received a call at 4:30 the same afternoon that the car was ready for pickup. I went there after work to pickup the vehicle and was still presented with a $600 bill. Now.. I'm not a math genius but 2:00 to 4:30 on earth here is roughly 2 1/2 hours. I was still charged for 4 hours of labor. Upon mention of this to another gentleman in the service department, I was told "we don't do jobs at an hourly rate, we charge a flat fee". I wasn't going to argue with the gentleman as he seemed he was very certain of this, however I would like to voice my opinion as I was charged an ADDITIONAL $240 on top of what should have been paid for this job, at an already outrageous $120 an hour shop rate. In my eyes, I was taken advantage of and will probably never see this money again or the inside of this dealership.
