  I had an issue with my receiver rebooting over and over every few minutes. Dish was unable to make the repair remotely so they sent out Jorge, a tech from Sigma. He was courteous and resolved the problem perfectly.

  The best dish installers in the bay. I've used them at 2 houses now, and their technicians ALWAYS clean up after themselves and never make stupid mistakes.
