  Monica and Erika were incredible. They spent a decent amount of time helping my fiancé and I pick out a wedding set for myself, as well as a ring for him. They helped me narrow down what I liked and why, and were able to work with us on pricing so we felt comfortable with the purchase. Monica was so knowledgable and informative about diamond types, clarity, etc. They were both very friendly, sweet, and professional, and we both felt very comfortable working with them. Monica also communicated timelines very well. Excellent folks at this location, and a great variety of designs to choose from. I highly recommend Sierra West Murray. :D

  Fred and the rest of the team at Sierra West are the best! I found an engagement ring I really liked with another jeweler but they were unable to make the custom modifications I wanted. Sierra West worked with me to create a totally custom piece inspired by their competitor's model and they were knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. They were patient with my desires and speedy enough to get everything done within a three week window due to a cross country move putting a hard deadline on when I needed the ring by. And they stressed the entire time how important it is for them to stay within the budget I provided and they succeeded in that. I would recommend Sierra West to anyone!

  I found this little gem by looking on Google maps. The associates are absolutely amazing!
  
  Service with a smile and knowledge all in one.
  
  If they don't have it in the store, they can get it and ship it for you.

  I can’t even describe how much I love my ring. Thank you to Sierra-West for having such amazing pieces among your options! After searching several other places, my husband saw my ring in a display case and knew it was what he’d been looking for. He was right! It’s perfect for me. I also love the free cleaning every six months.

  Monica was the best!! She was so patient and she treated us like family throughout the process of making this beautiful custom engagement ring. The ring came out perfectly too! We love Sierra West!
