Terrible customer service from Jr. himself. Apparently a 1 year warranty only covers 1 replacement for broken products.

This store sell furniture of American brands , which can be good quailty , but pricy and a little outdated.

Carl, Carol, and their family have run a community business for years, and they have always taken good care of me. They have reasonable prices, and always stand behind their goods. I don't need to shop anywhere else when I need furniture or home furnishings. Oh, and they can custom order if need be.

The staff was friendly in the showroom, but once we wondered about the discount center, they got very snarky. Mr. Mattress himself took us over there because it was before it opened. He refused to haggle on prices and was very rude about it. We just came in looking for a deal, hoping to buy local, but we left discouraged and upset. Looks like they weren't looking to cultivate new customers or sell a mattress. I was disappointed with my experience to say the least.

Item: Leather couch
Purchase date : feb 2013
Issue: seams came apart on seat july 2013. movers ripped holes when they took it in for repair in Nov. repair finally completed in Feb 2014.
Customer service: entry level contact were polite. Back of house supervisor had no authority and couldn't help. Shunk Jr avoided my calls.
I'll never spend money there again. Had no couch for a year and the store was a complete headache.
