I love love coming to this place. It's my home away from home. 😊 the rooms are nice and super comfortable. The pillows and the bed are to die for and Joshua is the manager and he is great and polite. If you want to relax and enjoy your family this is the best place to go.

Food is mediocre and poorly prepared. Food was sent back and returned just as bad. Service is excellent.

What a great hotel. It's in the center of Main Street in Miami Lakes. Main Street is an outdoor shopping strip with all sorts of restaurants and shops. The hotel is well kept with an awesome pool area located among very nicely kept gardens. Breakfast at Vie le France is great. Just outside of the hotel. The staff is great and very helpful. Any questions are answered right away. If not, the follow up is also done in a timely fashion. I can't really say anything bad. The rooms are well kept. You can tell that the hotel is a bit older but again, what a way for the Shula's team to keep it up to style.

Room was wonderful. Clean and modern. We ate at the restaurant, Shulas two, because the main restaurant was sold out. That was disappointing. The food was good. Overall 4 stars for the whole experience.

Amazing ambience. Super close to night life. Best hotel in Miami lakes. Great pool. Rooms are very quaint and clean. They have tubs for bubble bath.

Guests get access to the associated gym across the street. Much nicer than any hotel gym. Rooms have been renovated some but the hotel is still very date. All in all a comfortable stay.

Room was exactly as advertised, comfy beds & extremely clean. The reason for the 3 stars is the floor plan makes it so you have to walk all the way to front desk to then walk all the way back to your rooms (if your in the far side). Furthermore, the fire doors only open one way in the hallways making you have to walk back to the elevator at the front of the building to then walk all the way back. This is a real inconvenience doing this with all your luggage.

I was at Shula's 2 with my wife. To my surprise the place wasn't crowded on Friday's night and we were seated right away. I have to say we tried a Mexican place not too far from here and gave up when we saw the crowd outside. I got a beer and a burger in Shula's 2 and cannot complain.

The hotel was peaceful and spacious. It was nice to see activities like yoga and pool aerobics in the morning. The lanscaping was great and so was the service. The only downside was being able to hear noises easily in the rooms.

Customer service stinks, I had to call front desk several times and still was not able to speak to anyone. Paid for a pool view and did not get. I have traveled and stayed at many hotels and this customer service is the worst.

The pool us nice, they should have foid servuce or a pool bar added at least. It would be goid for the guest by the pool to get at least a drink.

The hotel is great. Some of the fixtures and furnishings are a little dated, but the rooms are clean and spacious, the rates are good, and it's close to the airport. The resteraunt wasn't that great, breakfast was mictowaved bacon and fake eggs, not what you'd expect for $11. But the gym was great. WiFi was included in the room rate, housekeeping was quick and clean, the staff was very helpful. Overall, a great hotel.

Went to miami for the first time on a trip alone , & ended up without a hotel booked my last few nights at this hotel got a affordable price wonderful service and loved the view and the area usually dont post reviews but i went for spring break and still think about my comfortable expierence at this hotel thanks

Very nice, clean hotel. Attended a conference for the day here. They provided breakfast and lunch both of which were good. The staff was very nice and helpful.
