Our clients have total access to a private fully equipped gym without the "Gym environment". At our studio, there are no distractions, waiting for machines, crowds or loud music. We have created an environment which will allow you and your certified personal trainer to concentrate on what is important, "Your Fitness Success".

All of our trainers are certified fitness professionals. We have over 30 years combined experience in the health and fitness industry. Our clients range from competitive athletes, youth athletics, rehabilitation patients, pre and post pregnancy women and older adults to individuals with various health and fitness goals. At Showtime Physique, our trainers provide fitness assessments, body fat analysis and other test before developing a customized training program specifically for your personal and fitness needs.

Our staff provide step by step individualized guidance with no distractions , no interruptions and no intimidations. We want our clients to feel safe and comfortable so they can focus on getting the desired results.
