I provided detailed information and had a long consultation with Mr. Bonin for my divorce. Hope Rosen was representing my X-wife.

Hope Rosen joined ShounBach and therefore withdrew from the case but continued to privately counsel my X-wife and appear in court for post-divorce motions as witness!! Really?? Isn’t that called “Ghost Counseling” which is unprofessional, unethical and borderline illegal??

Wait it gets better, I saw Susan Butler sitting next to my X-wife and counseling her!!! Again how is that professional or ethical??

I have seen the reviews on Hope Rosen and ShounBack firm as a whole. It is quite obvious that Hope Rosen, Susan butler and the ShounBach firm as a whole have no respect for professional rules, professional conduct and professional ethics!!

Do you think they are going to respect your rights and your money?? I doubt it!!

Just look elsewhere!!

I hired Hayden Lee of this law firm. They charged me for things like "research". I spent close to $50,000 and all they did was tell me that being a father I had no chance in court. I got tired of arm twisting by my own lawyer. Not the right attorney if you have a contentious matter and want strong representation in court of your rights as a father. They are good at writing lengthy letters to opposing counsel (at client's expense).

I retained ShounBach to prepare a property settlement agreement and to process my divorce documents through the appropriate County Circuit Court in Virginia. I am exceedingly satisfied and indebted to ShounBach for its handling of my family matter. My case was complicated because my ex-spouse is not a U.S. citizen and lives abroad. Nevertheless, Al Bonin was able to work out a property settlement and draft the final agreement within three weeks of my initial consultation. Kathleen Hassett and her support staff prepared my divorce documents and guided me through the process of having the documents signed and notarized. We were set back initially due to the reluctance of a U.S. Embassy abroad to notarize my ex-spouse’s waiver of service. Kathleen and her support staff addressed this issue within a matter of hours, and we were successful in obtaining the proper notarization. My Final Divorce Order was signed by a judge within one week of Kathleen submitting my package of documents to the appropriate County Circuit Court. The support staff at ShounBach—especially Jessica DeVaughn, Cindy Brown, Amanda Hutchison, and Patricia Palmer—were great to work with. My divorce was Final within the original projected dollar amount and time estimated by Al Bonin during the initial consultation. ShounBach is a professional, highly responsive, reputable, and ethical law firm.
