SHORT AND STOUT TEA COMPANY is a modern specialty tea lounge located in Guilderland, NY. We specialized in fusion tea blends, which we like to call the “next generation of tea.” The next generation of tea is exiting, fun, and flavorful. It is a combination of traditional premium tea blended with vibrant herbs, tasty fruits or other fun flavors for the modern world. The next generation of tea is for any generation of tea drinkers, and by that we mean any age group or any level of tea drinking experience.

Yesterday was a challenging day for Short and Stout and we have two groups of people to thank. Crossgates Mall Management Staff presented an opportunity for us to provide 250 boxes of macarons for the Tru/Homewood Suites Hilton Grand Opening. This undertaking was completed on time due to the dedication of several TEAm Members.
The morning that the order was to be delivered, we had a flood in the store. I’ll spare the details, but it was traumatizing in the moment. Crossgates Management armed with a professional Custodial Staff saved the day so we could go back and focus on the business at hand.
Thank you TEAm Members and Crossgates Management, we go together like tea and macarons.

Last call for Basil Mo-Tea-To. This wonderfully refreshing CRAFTea is a green tea spritzer made with lime and basil. After the basil is out we will be using mint until next summer. @ Short and Stout Tea

Another great showing today! Our loose tea and hot tea deals had a better turn out than the did Bubble Tea and macaron deals. This is awesome since it reaffirms our foundation. Thanks to everyone who came out and those who sent us good vibes.

Our first 50 customers came and went within the first hour and a half. But, we will be slinging $2 Bubble Teas for the rest of the day. Tomorrow, we will be doing it again with the first 50 people getting a FREE pot of tea (or 16oz cup)(one a month for 12 months). Plus, $1 Hot or Iced Teas all day and some great loose tea deals.
