It was unreal. First my husband stopped to pick up the scripts and they told him he didn't know my birthdate or our home address instead of asking if we were new. Which of course made him happy. Then i called to see if there. Yep it was there give them half hour to process. The script came to shopko at 10 30 am this was 4 10 pm. Then i called back because she said they didn't give it my husband because he didn't know my date of birth but she then said it was because u wasn't in the system yet. Got me thinking that maybe dob or address got mixed up in computer she said nope. So i drove 20 minutes to town and then waited 30 to get script. Line. Only one person out front three people swore and left line. Then she has to scan scripts in twice u sign twice. For a 1st time experience not good and then add not feeling good really pushed it over the top. Very unorganized.

Takes forever to get what you need! The staff always has a huge turnover and none seem to know what they are doing.

Overpriced, grungy, and very slow to check out even with a short line of customers waiting. There are a handful of useful products and services here that might redeem it a bit from some if the downfalls, but otherwise this is a store to save as a last resort for the majority of products.

Our favorite home away from home. The selection is GREAT and the prices are right. We love stopping in while in town and see whats new. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. We like that Shopko is centrally located in the middle of town and we don't have trouble navigating the store it is well laid out.

Store always looked dirty and disheveled, the employees act like they couldn't care less. I absolutely loathe some of the pharmacy techs, they are so unbelievably rude its crazy.

The Store would be more helpful if it wasn't set up for Tourist season sales mostly. This is a good convenience store, but practical selections are not always available.

nice clean store, huge selection and i always find what i need, from garden and fishing supplies to printer and computer supplies. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The even figured out the correct printer ink cartridge stopping me from buying the wrong one. Often, they have incredible sales on some very latest computer accessories.

Yup totally ripped me off. Bought a wrong tube. Returned it got the right tube. They didnt refund any of my money. So it costs $30. Not happy. As for their clearance items. What sale. I can buy cheaper on the no sales or deals or clearance.

Overpriced. Filthy store. Barely kept stocked on a timely basis. No one seems to take their job seriously. Some of the employees, one being a pharmacist are very rude. Barely any good music playing and the cash registers will only have one,if not two people manning them and when the queue starts to overflow it's a mad dash to call people from other parts of the store where it was otherwise silent/empty before. Everyone's doing their own thing and you'll be lucky if you find anyone on the floor if you have a question. For such a small town I'm surprised a store like this was even accepted.

Not a lot of cashiers or music selection. Good quality on clothes, and households.

Items on shelf are usually empty, many normal everyday things aren't stocked in the store. The store is filthy. Most of the employees act like they don't care whether or not they're there. Everybody seems so busy doing their own thing that the customer comes second, you're lucky if you're even greeted. If it weren't one of the only places in town to get goods I wouldn't shop there.
