This shop is run by the kindest family and they have always done an amazing job of rehabbing my dress shoes. Picked up a couple pairs today and very impressed with how they turned out (a pair of Allen Edmonds and To Boot NY).

And if that weren’t enough, they’re awesome at lamp repairs! I brought in a damaged Chapman lamp last year and was baffled at how it would get fixed and they fixed it beautifully!

Wouldn’t take my shoes (and lamps!) anywhere else!

Friendly and professional service. Had my antique lamp repaired here. He quickly determined that it needed a new socket. The shop owner had it completed ahead of schedule and the lamp works well. Repair price was reasonable. I can use my lamp again without fear of damage.

Great initial experience dropping off my husband's work boots to be stretched. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to see how the boots come out!

Poor customer service. Rude attitude.

Edit: on further inspection of my repair there is epoxy glue noted along the inner aspect of the shoe. I can excuse poor customer service in the light of a good finished product but this has been an overall disappointment from start to finish. I do not recommend.

I took some sandals to Shoe Master. When I walked in, I was afraid I'd be told the sandals couldn't be repaired, but the Shoe Master said he could fix them. A couple of days later, I picked up my beautifully repaired sandals. I plan to take more shoes and a purse to his shop, and I'm happy to recommend ithe Shoe Master!
