I went to shoe carnival today freaking out because it was the day before Valentine's day and it was very late!!!! The staff were extremely nice and so helpful!!! I was not rushed and even encouraged to keep looking so i could take advantage of the buy one get one 1/2off deal!!! I will definitely return to this location!!

What can I say, they sell shoes! I hate shoe shopping. My biggest gripe about this store is that most of the times the actual price is lower than what's actually on the box, so you really have no idea what you're going to pay until you get it to the register I bought a pair of Adidas that were like $70 marked on sale for $59.99, when I got to the register they came to $42 after tax. Nice surprise, but maybe I could have bought a much better pair of shoes and still stayed in budget?

Not very good customer service. First I had to wait in line because they only had one cashier working, then the system said the shoes I wanted to order were in their system. The manager/supervisor has me step aside while he goes in the back to look. Then comes out and says they didn't have them and he didn't understand why the system said they did. So, I said fine I'll just order them. The manager/supervisor motions me back to the cashier, but instead the cashier waiting on me, he continues to get the customers in line and after I stood there thru several customers, he then proceeds to tell me I have to get back in line behind several more customers and wait some more. So I left and took my business somewhere else. Personally I think when the supervisor/manager, whoever he was had me step aside to check on the shoes I was wanting to buy, he should of finished my transaction and ordered the shoes. Instead of pushing me onto the busy cashier, while he stood there playing with the microphone. I've shopped in this store many times and this was the worst customer service I have ever seen. Whoever was in charge was in idiot!!
