I only gave one star because that was the lowest I could give. I was given a two-day turnaround for the job completion and it turned into a two-week incomplete promise. Same issue as the previous review - no communication and empty promises; called and visited a combined six times asking when my item would be completed. It was awful how the two people in charge used the younger worker to deliver the bad news to customers while they hid behind the clothes. Totally dissatisfied and will never refer anyone to this "business!'

Dates of completion promised are never met, have tried to use many times but always disappointed in the lack of effort or care to meet deadlines. Communication when there is a delay or issue is non-existent. Surprised that I keep hearing them on the radio wanting more business because they seem to have more than they can possibly handle. Will never use again.tried too many times and left with disappointment each time. VERY unprofessional.
