  The dumplings are SPECTACULAR! Just make sure not eat a lot of rice, or else you become full quickly (ESPECIALLY if you order a Shio Bento special).

  This is a great addition to Shio. Ramen and two styles of Yakitori make for a great meal. Or maybe try Takoyaki!!!

  In many ways, Shio could be the best restaurant in Portsmouth. The quality of their food and their staff makes for a wonderful meal every time. Fantastic sushi and traditional Japanese entrees.

  Sake restaurant downtown botched our reservation, and we were able to get a new one here faster than Sake would seat us. Better food hanyway

  If you're vegetarian and order the tempura, ask for gyoza sauce instead of the tempura sauce, which contains fish.
