So this place gets 5 stars, imo. The dry beef noodles even come with egg! Not greasy or too sauced. Just right.

The potato dumplings have a weird smell to them but the hand pulled pan fried noodles are satisfying and cheap. Skip the dumplings.

Rejoice! Sheng Wang now has an ATM inside the premises. Use that cash to buy some big bags of frozen dumplings to take home.

It may not have the reputation of Super Taste, but we can tell you firsthand that the noodles are just as good and you have much more of a chance of getting a seat in the spacious establishment.

The deliciously chewy, slippery peel noodles at Sheng Wang, a mostly tourist-free noodle shop on Eldridge, are hand-cut with a knife so that they end up in jagged uneven strips.

A top spot for hand-pulled noodles with a no-frills atmosphere. Cash only.

With hand-pulled noodles and peeled noodles both made in-house we’re already in love. But add to that some of the best pork stuffed steamed dumplings in town and you’ll fall just as hard as we have.

Dumplings were the best thing! As much as I want to like this "authentic" eatery, the C health rating is giving me anxiety.

Try the pan-fried peel noodles. Each plate "comes standard with bok choy and egg, but try these noodles with slices of stewed beef for extra heft and serious flavor." Read more

Get the awesome dumplings at $3 for 10. Or any knife-cut noodle soup for around $5.

Sietsema: "peel noodles, made with a penknife and an outward slicing motion on a cylinder of dough. Enjoy them, not in soup, but stir-fried with baby bok choy and scrambled egg" Read more

Ordered the pork handpulled noodle and bees peel noodle... Both were disappointing = no flavor. Peel noodle slightly better if you have to choose. Better noodle can be found elsewhere nearby!

Peanut butter noodle dish and 12 dumplings = $5 which is almost enough for tow people. Yum!

Legit hand pulled noodles. And, you'd be a fool to not buy a bag of 50 frozen dumplings for $8 to take home after your meal.

Really tasty knife cut noodles (aka peel noodles). Dumplings are tasty too!
