Seem to be more focused on money than there patients, saw the doctor once, than all appointments after, I got his P.A., which scheduled unnecessary apt.s (had to have an appointment just to get an order for lab work, couldn't just be faxed, $500 later!!) Than they wouldn't give me the Results without another apt., when i call to get results and to cancel the appointment, they released me as a patient, all i needed was results from labwork not even performed by them but they had to have money, while releasing they accused me of have Financial troubles, i was a selfpay because insurance covers very little on this type of thing, the only financial troubles I was having was being blead dry by there office.
The. Worst. Experience. I. Have. Ever. Had! The staff is so rude, and after months of waiting for my appointment, I called them the morning of to make sure my appointment was first thing the morning. (I never received a confirmation call or reminder call) I didn't receive a call back, so I called them to confirm and to them to tell them I was lost. I was 7 minutes late and they tried to reschedule me another month and a half out!! I told them no thanks, as they were shutting the window in my face, they disrespectfully told me that my OB doctor would need to refer me to somewhere else!! Thank God for that, I would never want to give these horrible people my money! Terrible service, and truthfully, I think they are in the wrong field of work!
Dr. Richman came highly recommended. As a 30 year old it's nerve racking walking into a eurologists office. Dr. Richman not only made me feel comfortable but reassured me on the truths of the procedure I was having done. During my procedure with him I was made to feel comfortable and was virtually pain free.
After my outpatient procedure he even followed up with me by both text and phone call. I would venture to say I am going to remain a patient of his for many years to come and will certainly recommend his services to anyone that needs a good experience with a person who is like a buddy versus your doctor.
Thanks Dr. Richman for the experience!
This review is specifically for the reception staff and not the doctors at SUS. I am not sure who the office manager is but I recommend to the Dr. Richman and Geib that they take a close look at the customer interaction taking place at their office. I do not know her name but the blonde woman working primary reception is unresponsive and rude. While i was there waiting, i heard 2 other patients muttering in disgust after speaking with her. Lady, I realize you might have some issues but YOU are a receptionist...patronizing and rude should be listed under your career accomplishments on your resume. Cant get a call back, cant talk to anyone and when I do I am browbeaten...going to a Leesburg doctor because i can't stand to pay people who have no ability to treat people with respect. I will relay my sentiments regarding your reception staff to everyone who will listen and online where appropriate.
I absolutely love Dr. Geib! That being said, I would like to express my displeasure with today's experience. I called the office yesterday and left a message that I felt I had a urinary tract infection and needed an antibiotic. My call was promptly returned and I was told to "come in tomorrow at 2:25". I was also told that Dr. Geib was on vacation and that I would have to see the PA or nurse practioner. Considering this to be urgent, I accepted. I also told the same individual that I had a sterile cup at home and would bring in a sample. She said that was fine. Forward to today.....I got to the office at my designated appointment time. I was told "your appointment is tomorrow". I DID NOT AGREE TO THAT AS I ALREADY HAD TWO OTHER PRIOR ENGAGEMENTS. The girl at the desk then proceeds to tell me that they have nothing available and that I would have to come back tomorrow. UMMM.....Did you hear what I said? I was told first that they would not accept my sample because I had to be cathed by them. Then, to add insult to injury, I was told they would not send my sample to the lab unless I kept the appointment. Seriously????? Dr. Geib has a right to a vacation, but Good God! I hope he returns soon. Doc, your office needs you in the worst way! From a Doc who tells me to call in and tell them I'm coming in because I can't cath......to this idiotic situation! Doc is the reason I will stay with this practice, but office personnel need to exercise some common sense.
Had an extremely positive experience here with Dr Mark Richman and I would highly recommend him. He is very personable and knowledge able and will do everything he can to help you with your needs and make you feel comfortable. Ever since iv visited Dr Richman my mental and physical well being has improved drastically. Highly recommend him.
2 bad experiences... my husband called to inform the office staff that he would be ten minutes late due to there being an accident and him being delayed in traffic due to the accident. The receptionist was extremely rude and said that he would not be able to be seen by the doctor and they would not be able to reschedule him for a month and a half. Then while visiting the office in January I witnessed the office staff be extremely rude to every patient that went to the window. One lady simply asked for some clarification regarding the way her bill was wrote up and the diagnosis to which the receptionist said that there was nothing she could do and that the patient would need to schedule yet another appointment to get the documentation corrected. The receptionists are rude and truly do not know how to speak to people. I manage a great deal people in my line of work and as a doctor would NEVER allow such a rude woman to represent my medical practice. My husband will be not be returning to a place that employs such an uncaring woman where you should be taking care of patients who pay you a great deal of money for care and their medical needs.
Dr. Richmond made my visit and concerns much easier than I anticipated.
I do not recommend this clinic for TRT. The only thing they care about is that your within the lab references ranges for total and free T. In my case, at 50 y/o my total was fine but my free was 6.6 pg/ml ( 5-30 range ) with a SHBG was off the charts in the 80s and I felt truly awful. Average free T for a 70 y/o is 7.7 pg/ml. You have to take charge of your health so I found another M.D who specializes in TRT and I am feeling like a new person again. It is incredible the difference in how I feel in so many aspects. My total T remains good but my free T has come up to 18 pg/ml and my SHBG has come down to 56 ( nearly within reference range) on 100 mg/wk SQ injections with 1x/week 500 IU HCG injection.
Dr. Geib performed a vasectomy on me months ago, the procedure was painless, recovery as expected, and I am sperm free! Thank you.
This is a great practice. I've been under the care of Dr. Richman and his staff for almost five years. The front desk employees are always responsive and friendly. They never make me wait more than five minutes without an explanation. The nurses are friendly and caring. Dr. Richman is an expert in the field of testosterone deficiency and has managed my condition for over five years. I couldn't feel better. I've had no side effects or issues. He will even get on the phone with me if I have questions about my labs, something most doctors would never do. The office could use a bit of a facelift but overall I'm quite pleased.
I love this practice, especially Casey M. NP. She is one of the most caring practitioners that has taken care of me in the past 6 years since my accident. I have a difficult case and she has been there every step of the way, even though it's been hard finding answers. I now have less frequent UTI's and spasms, and She has found the correct medicine and dose , making travel much easier on my family and me. I hope women who have problems, Evan as young as I was 40 when problems started, aren't afraid of getting, Casey and This practice is your best choice.
Thank you Casey!
