  Cant even give them a star. But I have to give one to post this. Over priced arrogant non caring people. 12 grand to bury my son in law Im thinking not. We went to a family owned funeral home Revs Funeral Parlor for all the same services plus an escort,spray for the casket, and 2 family cars the total price for it all a little over 4 grand. The only reason we used this cemetery is we had 2 plots given to us. One plot with a huge tree right in the middle. We had to make two trips out there due to the tree finally they moved us over one space so our two plots would stay together. Now my daughter has used Fort Worth Monument for her husbands head stone. Shannon Rose will not send the fax back to approve the headstone. She bless her heart a widow at 31 with four kids is having to deal with this place. Not now we are dealing with them. How hard is it to fax a dang piece of paper back? My daughter and my grandbabies need closer. Do the right thing Shannon Rose . You got paid to dig the whole cover it back and now almost $ 500.00 to allow there headstone to be laid in your cemetery. Employees of Shannon Rose I hope you never get treated like this in the event of a death in your family.

  Absolutely the worst! They require that you sign original paperwork there in advance in order to do a burial. Doesn't matter if you're out of town. It doesn't matter if you have owned the plot for decades. You can't sign and fax or scan the form and then sign the original when you get there. Why? This is crazy! They also require birth certificates of the kids! Why? No other funeral home or cemetery I have ever worked with has required this! I have had this experience with them twice in the last four years. We are in the midst of grief and trying to plan a funeral and Rose Hill wants us to take half a day or more and drive there to sign ORIGINAL paperwork. We can't find a birth certificate. So, in the midst of grief and trying to plan a funeral, we are also trying to get to the county office and get a birth certificate. They charge ridiculous rates for headstones, like $4,000, and if you have your own, or it was provided by the military, guess what. They still charge you a large "inspection fee," around $500! If you have any other choice, DON'T WORK WITH SHANNON ROSE HILL!
